Slipper satin is a lovely white - and I'm not a fan of whites usually - but this is just about the colour of pearls and almost as reflective. I've used it in my bathroom in quite a modern scheme because it was the closest I could get to the ground colour of my bright wallpaper and I love it! 😍

Beige + Brownie Rouge = Brouge, i.e. the brother of Grouge. And more dancing, please. :)

Slipper Satin looks so much like champagne to me.
Ash Gray and Slipper Satin are divine together.
Those two colors together recall the time and age of the splendor of the Golden Age.

Could I ask how would you put them together? Also, if I choose Slipper Satin for my walls, would it also go on the ceiling? Or should I paint the ceiling pure white? I'm new to this! Thanks

@@katinatorres5614 you can get super bright white ceiling paint from any store that goes on as a bright pink (or) purple and as it dries, it starts brightening into the bright white ceiling.
And if it is Slipper Satin and Ash Gray you are choosing or thinking of going with in your house, Katina, like you asked, how would I go about putting them together?
It would depend on…not just the room you are going to paint, but to how many windows are in the space, how long and wide the room is…let’s just forget the mathematics of painting. 😁
If it were me, one or two walls would be enough for each color. Now, if you have just one wall where all the windows are, that wall I would do in Slipper Satin. If there’s another wall of windows beside that one, do that one in Slipper Satin as well and the other walls in Ash Gray, therefore, you would have a room with not just an L-shaped pattern and form but, with opened windows, that natural light can come in and brighten up the Ash Gray side of the room. Now, you can switch that idea around with Ash Gray on the window walls and Slipper Satin on the other walls, you will still have enough paint left to do some accent and trim work with the two to liven up the whole space.
And with the color pairings of Slipper Satin and Ash Gray together, not only would you bring in the accents of neutral in the room, but, if your one of those who like and love silver and gold together, along with bronze, brass, copper, cobalt blue, tourmaline blues and greens, you would have a room in your house worthy to being on the cover of magazines such as Elle Decor, Traditional Home, Veranda, Better Homes & Gardens, you know what I mean! 🙂
I do hope I did help you out the way you expected, Katina. Have fun painting. 🙂👍

Thank you 😊 would you recommend slipper satin in my house in South of France, south facing with many french windows so lots of light ? I am looking for something not too yellow or too bright that feels warm in winter and cool in summer heat. There will be oak floor and I am into a very cosy, antique look. (Bastide, cottage kind of feel). I was thinking lime white but now hesitate with slipper satin. I am scares lime white is maybe too coloured. Also I have done ballet so I am now conquered 😂 for the celling and trim board I was thinking wimborn white. Thank you ! 🙏🙏🙏

Slipper Satin seems very close to BM Ballet White, Muskoka Trail 974 & Plaster of Paris CSP-185, no?

Do you have to keep a wet-edge with their wall paints? How does the ceiling paint dry?

My bedroom is north facing and I have it in a colour similar to f& b elephants breath.
I never know what the right colours for North facing rooms are. I'd quite like scandi style but not a fan of bright white walls, always feels cold to me

Adding some warmth for a North facing room is a good idea in my opinion. That light tends to be cool already.
