The insights into the undertones and mood of each Farrow and Ball color were incredibly helpful and I appreciate how they showcased real-life examples.
I never realized how much thought goes into choosing paint colors until I watched this video. The explanations about undertones and light reflection were eye-opening-I had no idea those factors could make such a big difference!
I must say, it was like diving into a rainbow of sophistication😮. The detailed explanations made me feel like a paint connoisseur 😁, ready to transform my walls with these classy hues.
I stumbled upon this video while browsing for ideas to spruce up my home and I'm so glad I did! The explanations were easy to follow and seeing the colors applied to different walls really helped me visualize how they'd look in my own space.
I love their colours but after two expensive disasters I swore never again. I found a store that has all the colours on computer (F&B have sold the colours on) and they can make me the exact same colour with better coverage for half the cost. My last kitchen I did three coats of Sudbury satin over an even white base and it still needed a fourth coat. With the copy I did it in two coats. In a previous home I used a blue grey mat and it was awful after three coats again. No idea what happened with F&B. I have now gone with Little Greene as have my friends? Sorry !
No one warns you that the samples are flat paints and that the satin finishes will be darker. In my case MUCH darker. No one would sell me a sample of the satin finish.
Just listed my house colours room by room. Although we did paint it about 10 years ago😂.. well not Inchyra, paired with drop cloth. That's was only few years ago.
Jitney looks mauve on my walls. It’s odd. I have southern facing windows and didn’t use primer…I don’t want any maybe or cool tone in this room so i have to keep testing patches
What you definitely DEFINITELY shouldn't do and it's completely wrong wrong get a bunch of F&B testers pick the color you like the most then get it color matched trade paint at half the cost because that would be naughty
I agree! Because of different paint formulas, color matching does not always give you a great match or the right color. Farrow & Ball has such beautiful hues, it would be a shame not to get the right color up on your walls or cabinets.
Great to hear this original content

I actually work for F&B and love the colours

Yes! Those factors play a big role in how a color will look in one home versus another. Thanks for watching!!

My absolute favourite isn’t here sadly but it’s the elegant Wimborne White.
Also a beauty!!

I learned something new today! Thanks!

If you’re in love with the F&B colors, Sherwin Williams can mirror the color, just take the chip and make sure you get it in the right finish.
Hi, I'm Brazilian, and I would like to know which decoration styles are most popular in 2024
Elephants breath
I find you need a lot less paint, so it’s not that much more expensive.
