Please start with a proper introduction of Guest, who she's, what she does about her firm and then conversation makes sense. Otherwise we have to close UA-cam and search about her on Google.
Thanks Shantanu for bringing Ruchi on the show, what an inspiring story in building such progressive & profitable companies in India based on strong values! Cheers
One advice Shantanu Firstly asked about the founders' journey: how they started and what they were doing. Because the audience wont understand the founders unless they tell about themselves. Please ask some basic questions like How did you got the startupidea, when you started like this basis questions. Then it becomes more easy for the audience to connect with the content.
A great and inspirational conversation, thanks to Shantanu and Ruchi. Just about the unanswered question (probably deliberately ;-) ) about the need for a consultant for the starting level: It is sometimes essential to get advice from a consultant before you invest in something for market research, to understand entry barriers, and last but not least, to ensure the sustainability and feasibility of the business. This is not applicable for micro-level start-ups due to capital crunch.
Hello Shantanu I liked the video of Keshkanti founder Dr. Juneja & Joy Founder. We could get some practical tips to be worked upon. We could find the solution on the problems we are facing in our business. Ruchi's or Vineeta's inetrview is not leading us anywhere. Just a high level motivation.
Successful Indians like you should employ a professional to manage your company, and you should enter politics with the goal of transforming India into a fantastic first-world nation within the next three decades. The thing that worries me the most about life is that, despite fifty years, India remains a third-world nation with unchanging problems and vindictive, avaricious, power-hungry politics. grateful for the video
And this is the exact reason why people fail at a large scale. Being a professional corporate and entering into politics doesn't guarantee you success. Politics is an entirely different ball game
@@shashwattiwari3129 I disagree with you because individuals who are similar to them understand when to draw the line between self-interests and development for future generations rather than those who are uneducated and want political success at any cost, damaging future generations while also accumulating illicit wealth and power
Knowledge, knowledge and only knowledge
Thank you so much guys for this ❤️

Any entrepreneur or businessman to solve some of my problems?
Questions should be short .. 10 sec max … too much abstractions in Q & A
The host is miserable at his communication skills and the guest didn't talk anything worth listening, only superficial goodi goodi things.
the baldie talks too much
