I was hoping that it would come with an 8 ultrapixel front facing camera. Oh well, will have to wait and see how the 20mp camera works out. It's crazy coz' my M7 is still working great. That says a lot about the build quality of the phone.
I have the M7 and this looks great but if my phone still lasts and keeps up with the tech changes I'd probably wait for the next iteration just because it's not a huge upgrade yet especially since I got the lollipop update (thank you very much HTC). May consider this still better than other manufacturers

Amazing!!! I'm fan of this brand I get the m7 and I can say that it's the best and strongest mobile I have had. My friends already change their mobiles as they bought samsung, iphone, lg by the time I had bought and their telephones are damage but my one m7 still have with me like new. Going to get this phone when it comes out. I was going to get an M8 windows version but it never released in Australia so I'll prob install windows 10 on it once it's released. That and I hope they fix the camera.
Bought m7 since launch, best device I ever used at that time, changed to m8 mostly for the dot case and knock future, but as I see I could have stayed to m7 all along, nothing to really "push" you to replace it to m8 or m9. You need to come up with something better.
I have the M7, and I'm disappointed in the M9 from a visual standpoint. I'm also disappointed in the lack of OIS. I was so excited and ready to purchase this phone, but after watching the announcement I'll hold off. Maybe next year.
I feel Google Play Editions are great. You can get great HTC features with stock Android as well, as in the GPe HTC One M8. Options are always better for consumers.
BB_19 Skinned Android is the worst thing. I never own a skin android smartphone. M7 and M8 came out with Google Play Edition and I'm pretty sure M9 will follow soon. If you think Sense is good for you, then great for you. The only thing is good about HTC One series is all about hardware design. Many people agree with this. IMO

Its an all aluminum device. This along with the iPhone cannot support wireless charging since it works on the process of induction. The metal would generate electric currents and get heated up damaging the device.
looks like M9 will be a huge success. even though there is no drastic change in sense 7. it's 20mp and 4up camera's who are going to speak up for the phone. the only let down is the size where G4 is gona defeat all the flagships of the year

The s6 removed the sd storage , the option to remove the battery , they put a little battery compared to m9 or s5, its not waterpoof and the design its a copy of the iPhone 6 and Xperia z3.
