I read these books in 2019-2020 during a really hard time in my life. They reignited my love of reading and I'm so happy to see more people getting into them. Flaws and all, they will always hold a special place on my shelf.
That is indeed the most amazing ending to a story (any medium)I have ever experienced. As recommendation, one of the only other books that gave me the entertainment and feels of Sanderson books is a stand-alone called The Sword of Kaigen. I have a feeling it will be just right for you. Stormlight and Warbreaker, of course, are amazing next steps in the cosmere!
What's with the thumbnail? You're making it look like a huge insurmountable series when in reality it's actually a light read. 3 books at, what, 600 pages each? It's barely longer than lord of the rings.

they’re so magical, it’s opened a whole new door for me reading
I loved reading mistborn when it came out, and was satisfied with the ending, which is hard with many fantasy series.
Me too!
