'Sonata per la Grand' for Viola and Orchestra Part I

Atar Arad, received the City of London prize as laureate of the international Carl Flesch Competition for violin and viola. In the same year, when he won the International Geneva Music Competition unanimously and was the first viola soloist to had ever been given this award. The series of "Historic Viola Recordings" were recorded in the 1976-1978 years of his career and were re-mastered from his album Viola Concertos. Atar is now a viola professor at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University, in Bloomington.

This is a very bad interpratation of Paganini. Most of the frasing is a real nonsense. I was surprised because Atar Arad is very famous and respected. That makes me very sad.
