I'm in my 60's and I remember her Mom singing and performing "Loving You" just a beautiful voice. Her Mom had a warm kind presence about her and Maya radiates this same kindness. Her Mom is proud and smiling down on her!

The last four lines of your expressive poem are my favorite. When I write poetry it is usually free from. For me, writing poetry where lines 1-2 and 3-4 rhyme is harder. Not only do you have to follow your rhyming sequence. Your whole message cannot waver throughout your stanzas. Your very completed poem shows talent.

Her mom is right. while most actors need as much time as possible in the biz to get connections, her daughter can take her damn time, lol. that’s 3 generations of A-listers in her family.
