Hürrem comes to a head with sending Princess Isabella away from the palace but Suleiman learns that Isabella isn't at the palace. The whole palace is given an order to find her. Will Hürrem be able to get rid of Isabella despite all the obstacles?
Mahidevran is sure that Hüürem is the responsible that Princess Isabella is gone. She tries to reveal Hürrem's evil plan thanks to information Gülşah gives her. Meanwhile, Sultana finds out Hürrem's thoughts both about her and the royal family. Sultana takes the responsibilty of controlling Hürrem's hunger of power. Suleiman gets really angry that there is a disorder in his palace. Everybody blames Hürrem about the Princess issue. People wonders how Suleiman will punish her. Is this the end of Suleiman's love for Hürrem?
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

I'd say Hurrem and Ibrahim were the ones competing for Suleiman's love and loyalty the most. Mahidevran was irrelevant, just busy in petty games.
Like any love triangle, this also turned toxic. Neither Ibrahim nor Hurrem wanted to come second. Ultimately,
1. Hurrem understood Suleiman better and flew under his radar, and Ibrahim's testosterone and ambitions took him down.
2. Hurrem never thought about her son's rule or being Valide, so long as one was her sons ruled. She never wanted to live a moment after Suleiman.
Ibrahim had already shown clear preference for Mustafa, so much so that Suleiman knew Ibrahim was aiming to rule through Mustafa.

What I've learned watching this series so far: 1) Don't hide stuff behind cushions if you don't want other people to find the stuff you've hidden because they'll always look behind cushions before looking anywhere else, 2) Always check around the corner before saying something to somebody that you don't want somebody else to hear because there's always somebody else around the corner listening, 3) Never leave the door open when you're about to do something or tell somebody something that you don't want somebody else to see or hear because there's always somebody else on the other side of the open door watching or listening!

They opened fire on themselves ... hurram of the kind that increases in strength with the passage of time and becomes more dangerous the more they torture and harm she ..They never learn from the lessons and they always repeat the same mistake
It shows the weakness in the writing. Personally I feel if they have kept to historical facts, the series will have been better. All the fictional parts have very weak endings. Leo, Gunehal, Sadaka, Isabella, Firuze, Mahidevran, all Suleiman's sisters and half sisters parts are all rubbish because they never happened. They have to keep on repeating the same mistakes because they can't change the way Hurrem died historically. Can you think of the situation where a person's face was burnt with three sources of hear and they still remain alive? When they kept to historical facts it was nice. But it's still a very watchable series enjoy
