Hey, good for you 🫰 It was resistance, those two blue connectors are motor, so the motor is interrupted/or disconnected. Vacuum cleaners motor have around 5 - 10 ohms or more, according to its winding

Yes, maybe 1 of 5 really take them away, but most of customers just want to look at old parts or they dont care at all.
