LOVE Hawaii!!! My husband and I got married in Kauai in 1999 and we just took our kids back this past July. We spent 4 days in Oahu and 4 days on the Big Island. Just an amazing trip!!! I agree....every SA was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. Bought my daughter a Gucci belt and the SA was great, but Fredy at the Chanel in Waikiki was AWESOME!!!! LOVE your goodies and so glad you had a GREAT time!!!!

I loved that mall!!! It actually rained on us while we were in it!! We went to Oahu/Waikiki Beach back in 95/96, & spent New Years over there. I was too young to even know what LV, Chanel & Valentino even was, lol. But I did come home with a Dooney & Bourke and I still have it. I won't let it go. I'm dying to go back!!!

I also had to size up to a 40.5 in the rockstuds! Originally I bought a nude patent in 40 - omg the toes box was narrow for my wide flipper feet. Sadly realized they were pinching my feet when I wore them out and could no longer return. After making that mistake, I now will only buy a 40.5 - much better. Re: Louboutins: Try the Corneille 100's - much more comfortable than the pigalles (which I did not find comfortable at all)

Lately I been looking a few Handbags, unfortunately last week during my trip to NY I didn't have enough time to visit the M. Goyard boutique, I feel like they have nice hand bags and no too many people buy it like LV. I love all my LV's but also I see sooooooo many people with originals and fake ones specially in NY!! Minnie, Congrats on the anniversary and the purchase. I love the metallic channel wallet. I had some quality issue with my LV Felicies which I owned only 2 months. All the lining of all 4 corners are rubbing off, and lint coming out from the seam of the flag. Can you make a video of how to deal with quality issues with the store? I watched your mon mono video and I learnt some tips. But I'm not a youtuber so I'm not sure if LV will treat average ppl like me differently compared to youtuber. Thx!

With the help of a new youtube friend, I had one held at the boutique in Los Angeles but it was lambskin and with gold hardware. I personally love the way the "new" caviar looks on this small leather good and for me it has to be silver hardware. I ended up buying the special edition little larger case with the pocket in front (little longer than the one you have) - black caviar with super light gold hardware (I caved a bit). Love it!
Houston's taxes are 8.25, so definitely did some shopping when I was there. I wish I could go back!! I need to plan. Especially after the summer we've had here.

I have both the same pairs of shoes. The nude I got in January and I love them so much so got the black in June. They are so comfortable and I have problems with my back and knees but I can walk fine in these. I really like the Chanel SLGs, I saw the black one last time I was in the boutique but I bought the classic sling back shoes instead, I'm really on a shoe fest at the moment. Enjoy your items. Hello Minnie! Congrats to having your new goodies :) Quick question, what do you mean by the wear you've seen on the Chanel chevron statement bag? Are they scratches? I recently got the same bag and it's my first ever chanel but I'm not completely happy about it because I noticed that the flap is bending on the sides and it doesn't seem like a new stock since there are no stickers anymore on the hardware. I got it anyway because it was the last one and I had to really push my SA to order it for me. I'm starting having regrets getting it especially after hearing your opinion about it. By the way, it also comes in grained leather which I think will be less prone to scratches but it has a slight iridescent effect to it which I'm not really a fan of.
