Trees all around my RV down, in front and back and over my RV, not one hit my RV, no damage at all to my RV. The farm I'm on and the garage not 200 feet away ripped apart. It made the News. We had a downburst last year in our community. I had just got home from work. The sky was ominous to the northwest. I heard a boom , which made me get up and look out the back door. The trees were blowing over horizontally more than I had ever seen in 15 years in our home. Then I noticed my boat. It had been sitting in the water with small anchors out on the dock holding it in place. The storm had picked it up out of the water, over the dock,and placed it 20 feet up the hill into the yard . There was a bucket sitting at my back door 40 feet away that didn’t move. Neither me or my neighbor 150 feet away had any damage to our homes. The core of the winds had gone right between our houses. There was numerous downed trees to our northwest, and at least 2 houses destroyed from it + several that had trees fall on them. No injuries or deaths but there could have been… God graciously protected our home and lives, while showing his power and how precisely he controls his creation!!
