I have some big exams in a few days and i've been having trouble getting to sleep at a decent time whether it be trying to study or getting lost on my xbox. The whole inner focus feeling has been something that intrigues me, you can isolate a type of sensory within your body. I haven't come across a name for it yet. As someone who is interested in psychology the concept is simply fascinating.

Yes, many sleep videos. Since I've discovered ASMR videos I have been able to sleep without pills. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to sleep again. And not be groggy the next day due to pills. Thank you, and thanks to the other ASMRtists who helped me conquer insomnia
