Honest question, why this large capacity aircraft on this route? Who are going back and fourth between this pairing of destinations?
Manchester is the biggest airport in the north of England and around the 3rd biggest in the uk. No one I'm the North will want to go all the way down to Birmingham/ London for a flight.
