Hi! I am on individual plan but I cannot find how to request it. and link isn't working in the description. Do you have a video how to request it. Helping non-profit and they have no budget so this would help them a lot
Super helpful tutorial! I've been attaching documents and asking recipients to print, sign, and send them back-what a hassle. This method is such a game-changer and will save me so much time. Thanks for sharing this!
Is there a way to make signatures a choice? For instance, in the same document: Sign HERE for this choice. OR Sign HERE for this choice. I think signers have to sign everything when the pdf is sent, and I want them to be able to choose a package. Possible? Or do I just have to make two different docs? Thanks! Your video was super helpful!
No, until all "signatures" are completed, the documents will read as pending - so you only want one signature spot. You could do the "Text" field and have them fill in which package choice they are moving forward with and then sign.
My organization has Google workspace for nonprofits. The esignature feature is unavailable in Google Docs and I can't locate it in our Google Admin Console (despite tutorials). Any Suggestions? Loved the video! Hope I can get this to work.
Unfortunately it's only automatically available for individual Workspace Users, but they have this form that you can request access to it: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeLyjTyUbm9cJ4f-IhWMte6w3ESyGYKmKPA8kKXhEbKSKGbJw/viewform
Unfortunately, there is a small but fundamental problem. The recepient have to have google account, otherwise there is no way for them to sign the document, which is a deal breaker for me.

Ah bummer. I always work with people with some kind of Google Account. Thanks for chiming in!
Just noticed the new Signature block and thought this would never be a legally binding signature. Yey, no more paying for Adobe Acrobat :)
Woohoo!! So glad it helped!! Have you already put it to use?
