Also I love how you mentioned that sometimes it’s so satisfying to just eat the thing you’re craving and enjoy it, but then also eating what’s good for your body and skin is important too. I’m definitely working on figuring out that balance too! You have such a comforting and authentic vibe, and I appreciate how you show that it’s okay to do things for yourself and take care of yourself when you’re feeling a bit down, because it really does help a lot.
