Not only borders... Got stopped several times on "road controls" in Cameroon. Refusing to pay bribes, once they escorted our vehicle away from the control station and forced us to park in a shady neighbourhood where we were forced to stay in the car for hours under a burning sun. Luckily we had water in the car. Not getting any bribes from the foreigners, they forced our Cameroonian driver to empty his account by a mobile money transfer. I was outraged, but it's difficult to do anything when surrounded by people in uniform wearing weapons.
This is the CORRUPTION everyone talks about and have experienced. I am hoping to drive the same route as you .your video is a good insight into the problems I may face.

Just think about this, its been 20 years since my first visit to Africa and nothings changed.

Since you and Mansa were together for about 48 hours or more, I suggest when you get to Bissau you two get a three day break from each other. I am glad you pulled it through. Big up to the Senegalese immigration officer. He's a rare gem. Anyways keep pushing through and be safe
He truly is👊🏿👌🏿👍🏿
Oh sorry for that difficult experience,,, all the best,,,,
Mansa Stratian Brother Peace and Blessings to you and Tigress be safe. All the very best.
Kudos to the Senegalese officer who ga e you his car and I think you and mansa make the best travel buddies!!!! You meet amazing people!!! You guys vibed together!!!!!
Looking Forward to see you you in Bissau
I love Guinea-Bissau 🇬🇼, I have a lot of videos of Guinea-Bissau 🇬🇼 👊🏿👌🏿👍🏿
@@TemdriWorld I’m yours 4 that 😘
This is the CORRUPTION everyone talks about and have experienced. I am hoping to drive the same route as you .your video is a good insight into the problems I may face.
You two looks so stress. Take it easy and be safe
Keep going young lady, I pray for less of these experiences as you carry on with your travels. Every dark cloud has a silver lining. Stay blessed.

I went to Africa in 1990 on vacation to Nigeria, Benin, and Ghana and we had the same exact problem. What's worse about this is it leaves a bad impression on your mind as to how your visit was and whether you would recommend someone going to Africa. Just think about this, its been 20 years since my first visit to Africa and nothings changed.
This is horrible. Do unfortunate.
What’s that first song playing in the background? Would really love to check it out. Also, pole for the experience. It’s super hard for Africans to travel within Africa. SMH 🤦🏽♂️.
Crying your name by Nikki Gee got it from Epidemic sounds
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Tigress is blowin' pidgin, you know SH×TS bad!!
Safe travels ooo.
And keep up the good job you are doing
Thank you 🤗
Good thing you were not alone..so very sorry
I am here👊🏿👌🏿👍🏿
quite an experience indeed! great to see you didn't give up and go back to Senegal to regroup. Since you and Mansa were together for about 48 hours or more, I suggest when you get to Bissau you two get a three day break from each other. However a road trip sounds and looks good, border issues like this may require you to take a plane trip. short & more $, yes, however, less hassle and much less time consuming. have a safe trip to Bissau. Please take the time to visit Amilcar's mausoleum as well the university named after him. I'm sure you'll find other wonderful places to visit, people to talk to as well. You can leave GB on a cheerful note so you can forget and laugh about your arrival. 😃 pls say hi to Mansa. cheersl 🍻
Poor you. What an experience. We appreciate the price you are paying to bring our Africa to the world. ❤❤

Really enjoyed this video, very good insight into the process of travelling through different countries in the motherland. Thanks. I will subscribe. Bless
Sister I know what you are talking about it's pain I have been there few times
Am from Guinea Bissau and I’m extremely sad for what I saw .Unfortunately ,the new government is just rubbish and they try all the way to still people money but in general G.B are very kind and lovely people .
Oh yes. despite language barrier. I have so far met extremely kind people. It's so sad the system is corrupt. The people are a gem. They offer me food, local juice etc. Bonita!
I love Guinea-Bissau 🇬🇼 and I tell people that it is the best kept secret in the world. Every where in the world has all sort of problems 👊🏿👌🏿👍🏿
