Tbh I don't get the obsession. The series is entertaining but not "one of the best written show" as some people make it out to be. Sure there are some episodes that will make you cry. There's actually great episodes in this series but that's the problem. Because these "great episodes" are a great stand alone story but not as part of the series because they literally are disconnected to the whole narrative. They mean nothing to the main characters and story. Most of the characters are bland and uninteresting, lack depth and poorly cast. The only bad guy i like is that cannibal guy (that's one of the good episode I'm referring to). It's literally overhyped and overrated. Not to mention the ending was poorly executed. Pedro doesn't look angry or desperate enough to sell the hospital scene. It just looks so awkward. The only people who would say that this is one of the greatest shows that ever happened on tv are people with "daddy issues" and people who have a tiktok level attention span.

I actually met the Candy Makeup Artist before they blew up. They were always so nice, and generally very fun to be around. I am so happy to see someone blow up from their hard-work and consistency. It's even more fun to see my favourite chaotic creating creator see making something inspired by them!
They deserve all the praise in the world 🤌✨💕 their work is absolutely incredible and never fails to be a great source of inspiration for me

Candy Makeup artist's corsets aren't actually made of porcelain, they do something similar to what you did but I think they add a layer of uv resin on the painted parts to make it look like that :)
I'm wondering how a dark wash on the gold details would look and if itns give more dimension. I'd love to see you do it on a test piece to see the results!

For real though this is probably the coolest thing I’ve ever seen worn by a human being.
I've always wanted to make an outfit on my own but I've always been too scared to- watching your videos of you making outfits and stuff of the such has made me realize I'm just freaking out over almost nothing and it's ok to do this through trial and error. Next time I get inspired or have an idea but start to overthink it Imma just take a deep breath and re-watch all of your outfit making videos to calm me down- thanks for making me feel more sure of myself! and as always the outfit you made is stunning

I was making costumes long before the channel, so y'all haven't seen some of my fails and early adventures into cosplay 😅 Trust the process! I feel like it's actually a really accessible hobby if you put a little time into it and find some good tutorials

To mirror the design it helps to take a photo of the side you’ve finished and then mirror the photo in the settings of your camera roll and then you have a flipped reference
I know this is super late to the party but I'd love to see a full TLOU review, and I'm sad you never did one. That game changed my damn life when I played it when it first came out and the second game killed my soul all over again, and the series took what was left after all that and cremated it. It was just so damn good.
Also, all your running through the woods montages remind me of a combo of Sarah in labyrinth and Lily at the beginning of Legend, in the best way.

I have a suggestion: It might be cool if instead of a clear coat, you added a glaze (like the kind people use on polymer clay ‘n stuff) depending on the brand, it can have a milky white consistency. I think adding a bit of white alcohol ink or something would really give it that porcelain glazed look. Also, I think using a glaze and painting it on might help preserve the kind of burnished or gilded look of the embellishments and not make everything have a uniform texture.

Actually just the left channel audio is on ;; I render out ads individually sometimes and there must have been an audio issue without me noticing since I don't edit with headphones
