Tried patching boot.img, loading fastboot and rebooting with different methods, until I found someone saying that it fixed the problem by porting TWRP, but couldn't find a single guide/tutorial for Mediatek Android 10 devices porting on Windows that worked until I found this video. I liked and am subscribed now.
No, don't replace the unevent.rc ... Look inside the etc folder or the port recovery to see if you'll find the uneventd.rc there and if you can't find it... Proceed without replacing it.

You don't need a device tree using the port guide explained in the video. Whether or not it will work, I can't guarantee. The only way to find out it trying the method I have shared. If you get stuck at any point, let me know

You can download your device stock firmware and extract it or dump your device firmware using the guide in the video description and copy the recovery.img file

I personally didn't try this guide for Qualcomm devices and even if you have a chance at booting it on your device using this guide, you'll need to take the base recovery from a device that has the same specs or similar specs for a higher success rate.

The method will work on most device, you can give it a try. But before you do, make sure you have a good understanding of how to flash firmware and its components just incase something goes wrong during testing. I don't have the Note 11 Pro to test with. For that reason, I can't give you a 100% yes.

Ignore it and port. Test if it boots and works fine.
