Love the Cuba Libre. Even though it's just rum and cola, it is far cooler to call it a Cuba Libre and is the quintessential thirst quencher on a hot summer's day.
cuba libre is an absolute favorite of mine right now, easy to make and great tasting. just made my first godfather 2 days ago also, and tried amaretto with some orange juice and that just taste amazing! worked with cola aswell
50:50 good fresh red vermouth and fresh squeezed blood orange juice over ice is 👌 Also more a mixer but 1:2 bourbon to Mountain Dew. It works better than you think it would.

Malfy uses vacuum distillation which means they can boil at a lower temperature.. it retains that bright citrus note from the Amalfi lemons.. a fantastic gin! We use grapefruit, orange and lemon in our Threefold Aromatic Gin so it’s super citrusy and makes a banging G&T!!

Hi Steve love your videos, i prefer the Gin and Tonic, but i usually have it without ice because i didnt know if ice would go well with it. But the moscow mule looks alright i might give that a go. Also just so you know it is because of you my man that i have taken up mixology as a hobby, not because i like alcohol but i like the practice of it, for some reason it makes me feel good that i accomplished something that looks and tastes good. Garibaldi sounds really good. Campari and tonic is also pretty good and my favourite 2-part cocktail has to be the Death in the Afternoon, if you love champagne and absinth, it's a marriage made in heaven.

You have found the king of Tequilas. I tell everyone I meet who likes Tequila to try Dulce Vida. It is the most inexpensive yet best tasting and smoothest Tequilla you can find for the price. Once you try it you will never want to try another Tequila again for your drinks.
Garibaldi sounded really good. Will have to buy a bottle of Campari i guess 😊 G&T depends a lot on the gin and the tonic, but it's usually my drink of choice. Preferably with Monkey47 gin and fever three tonic garnished with grapefruit 🥰
The Garibaldi is such an epic drink! Campari and orange juice - so simple… definitely blend for that epic aeration and texture.. and if you’re in Australia, grab a bottle of Ruby Bitter (you won’t regret it): imdistilling.com/product/ruby-bitter-aperitif-700ml-25-abv/
even if campari will be too much bitter for you (I never drink campari before and some cocktails with it, such as negroni, were too bitter), garibaldi is good cocktail to drink. It is pretty smooth and there is a bit changed recipe but also good: aerate only orange juice fill glass with ice add half of juice, full campari shot and splash of sugar syrup stir add leftover of orange juice.in glass.
My girlfriend really like the Garibaldi, but she orders it with some extra simple syrup as she find the drink a bit too sour otherwise, and it's not too bad
@@maksymisaiev1828 yeah, maybe you're right, it's more bitter than sour, even if some oranges used here (in italy), like blood oranges or tarocco, can be pretty sour on thery own. I don't really care as I love both bitter and sour taste in my drinks

I was training our new bartender. I said smile when you shake that! He said why? I said cuz it's part of the recipe. And I want to see a smile for every drink you serve... Even when they asked for ice water. Hydration is necessary if you're going to do proper drinking

I could see one can use it to advertise or hype up his/her official video. I would say don't make content out of the shorts (at least don't abuse it). It's the official video that's juicy IMO.

Hello! What is that kinf of blender you use to make some crushed ice? Seems really compact and efficient!!
I made the crushed ice with a mallet and Lewis bag… then used a milkshake blender to blend and aerate the drink..

Just dripping in to say your content is awesome. Also want to say that the late youtube short formats seem to water down your content. I watch and enjoy the etiquette of your work. However, the new youtube shorts are making your content cringe. Just an opinion. Keep up the good work.

@@StevetheBartender_ The Instagram element of the Shorts is what bug me a little. In general I just wanna say don't abuse it. I could see one can use it to advertise or hype up his/her official video. I would say don't make content out of the shorts (at least don't abuse it). It's the official video that's juicy IMO.
@@StevetheBartender_ Plus, maybe this is just me but as a regular viewer, I usually watch UA-cam videos on my computer, not my phone. Particularly, i would always check out the Subscription page on my browser and, most importantly, the Subscription page don't usually post the Shorts (at least i've never notice one). Just my experiences with youtube that i would like to let you know.
Correction, the subscription page actually post the Short. Sorry about that. I still think it's a water-down mechanism that shouldn't be abuse thou.

When you say it waters down content - I do them in addition to full length videos, not as a replacement..

For the God father im suing 5 cl Whisky 2,5 cl amareto, mid stir and its delicious that way, but for the Paloma, i really do not think this is Paloma, paloma is tequilla, fresh lime, agave sirup, shaked -> toped with grape soda... and thats fcking delicous!
