    That was amazing, thank you! I sweated buckets and took 3 breaks in between but i completed the workout till the end! I think its important for anyone who has just started working out or perhaps isn't strong in cardio that you should go at your own pace and the most important thing to remember is that you are doing it, even if you are exhausted you are still doing it and that is great! thanks again fitnessblender.. lots of love

    I can honestly say that this workout was HARD, and that's coming from someone who can get through level five HIIT's.

      I agree! I have done a couple of their level 4's and 5's I have even done the 1000 squat challenge by Blogilates but idk why I was struggling through a level 3 maybe because the moves used here are no longer as common in their recent videos for ex: never done crab up and outs and spiderman push ups are used in Daniel's workouts more.

    i've been doing workout routines from fitnessblender for the past 8 weeks and i love them. even though i'm not following any challenges or even stepped onto a scale since i started, i feel a lot healthier, and i bet i'm even thinner. but most important of all, it's helped me to build a habit of doing something with my body, and also feeling more alive. thank you very much for doing this for lazy (and now ex-lazy) people who can't afford a gym or just feel better working out at home. you are the real MVP. greetings from Uruguay.

    I love this workout. I probably have done it over 100 times now, and it never stops challenging me. Some days I can beat Kelly and other days I'm barely keeping up. I'm always dripping sweat by the end.

    After doing mainly HIIT workouts, doing this workout is such a good change and it was so enjoyable to do. I didn't expect to sweat this much!!!! I've been following your workouts for about 3 to 4 weeks now and I can't believe I haven't given up yet.     I love this workout because it's not as leg/jumping intensive as most cardio workouts. Usually when I do one of their cardio videos it's all legs, and my arms and core are never really challenged except when I'm using them to propel myself through the 1000th rep of jump squats... please do more cardio videos that incorporate core and arms like this one!
    I love you guys whatever you do though, keep up the good work!

    I was looking for a short, efficient workout and this delivered more than what I was expecting! I'm glad that the workouts didn't include lots of jumping yet managed to keep my heart rate steadily increasing throughout the entire video. Keep up the great work!

    When she told me to get on the ground for the Supine lifts...I just laid there during the recovery round... Great workout! I love FB's ability to have a warm-up, workout, and cool down all in the span of 30 minutes. Great for me in the mornings when I have limited time before work.

    I'm sitting here on my living room tile floor, drenched in sweat. I'm tired! I don't say that often! Whoo! This was pretty challenging. Especially around the time of those swing lunges & that's only 10 minutes in😩. I needed many water breaks. There was lots of rewinding cause you kept starting the next exercise, but I couldn't bring my body to move quite yet. Lol. It feels nice now that it's over, and I got through it! I feel accomplished. Tired and beat but accomplished! Where's my protein shake!? 😂 I'll add this to my workout list so I can challenge myself again. This WAS an endurance building workout. You guys DELIVERED!! Thank you, guys!!!🎉

    Kelly I love the exercise videos when you do the 1,000 calorie workout and your husband does the voice over. When u guys talk it's hard to understand you. I get focused and get a harder workout when there is a voice over. Your outfits are pretty color coordinated. I was a fitness coach for10 years on and off cause we had 2 kids, so I appreciate your love of fitness.

    Easily the hardest workout I have done in the 4 weeks I've been doing these. Kelli, you claim you love us, yet you are so cruelly brutal. I'm only messing - you are beautiful, but this was seriously strenuous. I literally collapsed in a heap at the end and it was a few minutes before I could peel myself off the floor and crawl over to the computer and write this. Those split lunge pulses - oh man, they nearly did me in. I was drowning in a pool of my own sweat by the end, but I loved it.
    Again I want to express my thanks to the Fitness Blender team. A lot of celebrities pay thousands a month for personal trainers and we have the very best at our finger tips, to be utilized whenever we want. It's brilliant. I can attest to the effectiveness of these workouts because in just one month I have gained a 6 pack. Well, a 4 pack. I was already thin, but I was looking to get fit. My body is now defined, toned, and awesome to look at. I think the true test of how effective these workouts are is how long you spend looking at your body in the mirror in awe, and I do it a lot. When summer comes and I hit the beach people are going to think I had one of those operations that give you a 6 pack, but it's all natural. I remember a few years ago reading up on how to get a 6 pack and it seemed like such a hard thing to achieve, and now, without that intention, or at least not my main intention, I've achieved it.
    Thank you Fitness Blender! Great stuff! I'm truly and wholeheartedly appreciative!

    It's so hard to stay motivated at times but I started doing this workout way more often than I used too and slowly I am improving and I feel stronger now, also this time the workout went by much faster because I haven't had to pause as long or as much!
