I've never tried any of your workouts until today because I always believed they were too hard for me. I would constantly watch my little sister do your workouts on a regular basis, but I always thought she was more healthier and had more endurance/stamina than me, even though we both have asthma. I was wheezing halfway through, but made it to the water break without stopping. I really need to lose weight because I'm already 215 lbs. and I'm not even 20 yet. I felt so proud of myself because I was able to finish the whole workout. :)
Girl you can do this! Not gonna lie, its hard! But three days, just do workouts at your best for the first three days and you will see your body get used to it. Change your mindset. Its tough but try. Then gradually you will see yourself motivated and pushing yourself to your best. Always listen to your body, never exceed its limit. You got this!
Take it one day at a time. The great news is that the more you do it the easier it feels. Do it with pleasure, not stress, stress is what makes women gain weight. I m asthmatic too, take little breaks to breathe, it is not important how fast you do it, at the end you still get to the finish line :)

I finally got serious and am now taking advantage all of you guys vids. It's been 4 weeks and I see a change in my whole body, but most impressive is my BUTT!! I am a beginner. I started with one of your beginner routines yesterday and now I did this today. I almost gave up at the butt kicker squat jumps but then decided instead of giving up I'll opt for the lower impact versions for the moves that are harder for me. I've never pushed myself like this before and I'm going to have to pat myself on the back for this one. Good job, me. (Thank you, me!) Lol. Also thank you guys for these work outs they are great! I love how you have all levels of work outs. I'll definitely be coming back for more! I'm currently 162.8 lbs and my ultimate goal weight is 100-110 lbs. This 25 minutes workout took me about 35 minutes (had to take longer breaks after a couple of exercises or else my heart would pop out of my chest). Does anybody else have that?
myslibora I paused like 3 times plus water break. Years ago when I did FB I used to pause as well in the beginning, but after months it gets much easier. I believe it's gonna be the same now. It's an intense cardio for those who are sedentary or do moderate walking / jogging (like me)
After a month hiatus I’m back to these workouts, figured this one would be easy enough and I was dying in the end and drenched in sweat. Proud to have finished all the way thru though!!! 💪🏼💪🏼

I'm 5'3, 17 years young and currently weigh 140 lb with a goal of 125 lb and fit/toned! I started at 156.6 in January but dedicated myself to a guide, it's workouts and clean eating, and lost 16 lbs! I've been at a plateau ever since and still continue to eat healthy and exercise 2-3 times a week at golds gym (30 min elliptical followed by an hour at the machines or an hour at a body combat class)! I so totally would buy your workout videos, I would, and I definitely plan to in the future, but I financially am unable to with final high school and beginning college expenses! What video/videos or workout plan do you suggest to do to lose weight?! Prom is May 1 and I really feel uncomfortable at 140! Please help me out, I promise to be dedicated! AMAZINGLY challenging . I am on level intermediate. I used to work out 6/7 days of the week and sometimes even 7/7 but my school life got a bit crazy. now I have 10 hrs at school !!! *I know* but now I am trying to bring it to 4/7 days and I find myself reaching out to FB more n more. I made it to the water break but I have asthma and a weak ankle so it really makes it hard. but I need to the lose weight to keep up with my husband who got back into working out. Can't let him get skinny and I not try. I've gone from 230 to 220. any one got any no equipment workouts I could do taking my asthma and ankle into account to help with the bit of sag from losing my weight?

My friend suggested to me to use my pump before i work out even if i don't feel like i need to use it which i tried and it does really help, especially when i want to go for a run! I hope that helps :)
When are the best times to workout? The morning isn't an option for me because I start work at 6 so evening is more realistic, but before or after food? How long before bed?
Definitely eat something before a workout, but make sure it's a light meal, and you want to wait a reasonable amount of time afterward. Otherwise you can get uncomfortable stitches, or only burn off the calories you just ate, instead of stored fat. Of course, don't starve yourself before a workout, but its best to fuel up after a workout instead. And don't workout right before bed because it can keep you awake and prevent a good nights sleep.
I would say before meals. If you are able to do some workouts in the afternoon, 4 to 7pm would be the best time period. Since I have got a vulnerable stomach, I do my exercises in the morning and before breakfast (because it is said that the 39minutes after your work out, what you eat is least likely to turn into fat). But if you cant do this, I would recommend you do it after meal, at least 45 minutes after. Or at least 1.5 or 2 hours before bed.
Workout whenever time is available for you. I prefer empty stomach and a couple hours before bedtime. A hot shower or bath after a workout and a meal helps me relax for bed.
Just killed this workout! I wasn't feeling it today, but it's Friday and I take the weekends off from working out and this weekend I'm going to Texas Roadhouse with my boyfriend tomorrow and I know I'm going to indulge on rolls. It's all about balance! Haha, just weighed this morning and I'm officially 30 pounds down, I started my fitness journey exactly a year ago. It feels great! I still have a ways to go because I still have a belly and thighs but I'm excited to start seeing more change!

I love this! I have EDS, so all my joints dislocate as I move. I need workouts that are low impact, but will help me lose some extra weight and stay toned like I am now. And the cool down is amazing! I have hypermobility subtype of EDS, so I'm unnaturally flexible, and this is a nice relaxing stretch.

Hi guys. I must say I really love your work out videos. I am only subscribed to your channel because I only do regular youtube for fitness purposes. I really need your advice. I've been always heavier that my required weight. I am not obese but moderately overweight. All my life I've been trying different exercises, some worked but I guess it's my discipline that needs to be work out. Still, I want to get your opinion. I am seriously trying to get fit now. I can do maximum of 1 hour work out every other day. My real problems are my arms and thigh. I feel like the more i work them out, the bigger they develop. I don't want a masculine body, I just really want to lose weight and still appear very feminine. Please recommend the best videos you have to help me shed off my arms and thighs.. I believe I'm 159 or lower. I was 186 before and I first started my weight loss journey on December-January.

Which one of the workouts are you doing?
I just use whatever videos interest me. Plus, I don't eat meat and I don't have a car so I walk everywhere. These factors probably help too.

This 25 minutes workout took me about 35 minutes (had to take longer breaks after a couple of exercises or else my heart would pop out of my chest). Does anybody else have that?
myslibora I paused like 3 times plus water break. Years ago when I did FB I used to pause as well in the beginning, but after months it gets much easier. I believe it's gonna be the same now. It's an intense cardio for those who are sedentary or do moderate walking / jogging (like me)

I admit, I was thinking that this wasn't going to be all that compare to jogging and sweating outside, but darn this workout was good!!. Your workouts help. I started by doing just 10 minutes of 2 types of exercises and now have a variety to suit my time and space at home and at work.
I'm 5'3, 17 years young and currently weigh 140 lb with a goal of 125 lb and fit/toned! I started at 156.6 in January but dedicated myself to a guide, it's workouts and clean eating, and lost 16 lbs! I've been at a plateau ever since and still continue to eat healthy and exercise 2-3 times a week at golds gym (30 min elliptical followed by an hour at the machines or an hour at a body combat class)! I so totally would buy your workout videos, I would, and I definitely plan to in the future, but I financially am unable to with final high school and beginning college expenses! What video/videos or workout plan do you suggest to do to lose weight?! Prom is May 1 and I really feel uncomfortable at 140! Please help me out, I promise to be dedicated! Sincerely, seventeen and not wanting to feel stout anymore!😭💕

Fyi: The commercial that appeared right before the workout was promoting some program that told me to stop watching workout videos like yours and buy their individual program. I tried to flag it. Don't know if you have control over that...

ok it's my first day to try this work out and my god this work out kick my butt I have to stop 3/4 of the work out coz I'm sweating like crazy....this is the work out that can work for me I want to lose at least 60lbs I want to be healthy again. It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering a short fat loss workout minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my GF at last got great results with it.

AMAZINGLY challenging . I am on level intermediate. I used to work out 6/7 days of the week and sometimes even 7/7 but my school life got a bit crazy. now I have 10 hrs at school !!! *I know* but now I am trying to bring it to 4/7 days and I find myself reaching out to FB more n more. I made it to the water break but I have asthma and a weak ankle so it really makes it hard. but I need to the lose weight to keep up with my husband who got back into working out. Can't let him get skinny and I not try. I've gone from 230 to 220. any one got any no equipment workouts I could do taking my asthma and ankle into account to help with the bit of sag from losing my weight?

My friend suggested to me to use my pump before i work out even if i don't feel like i need to use it which i tried and it does really help, especially when i want to go for a run! I hope that helps :)

When are the best times to workout? The morning isn't an option for me because I start work at 6 so evening is more realistic, but before or after food? How long before bed?
Definitely eat something before a workout, but make sure it's a light meal, and you want to wait a reasonable amount of time afterward. Otherwise you can get uncomfortable stitches, or only burn off the calories you just ate, instead of stored fat. Of course, don't starve yourself before a workout, but its best to fuel up after a workout instead. And don't workout right before bed because it can keep you awake and prevent a good nights sleep.
I would say before meals. If you are able to do some workouts in the afternoon, 4 to 7pm would be the best time period. Since I have got a vulnerable stomach, I do my exercises in the morning and before breakfast (because it is said that the 39minutes after your work out, what you eat is least likely to turn into fat). But if you cant do this, I would recommend you do it after meal, at least 45 minutes after. Or at least 1.5 or 2 hours before bed.
ssshlow Evening are fine, I would recommend waiting an hour or more after you eat and about an hour before you plan on going to sleep.
Workout whenever time is available for you. I prefer empty stomach and a couple hours before bedtime. A hot shower or bath after a workout and a meal helps me relax for bed.
Just killed this workout! I wasn't feeling it today, but it's Friday and I take the weekends off from working out and this weekend I'm going to Texas Roadhouse with my boyfriend tomorrow and I know I'm going to indulge on rolls. It's all about balance! Haha, just weighed this morning and I'm officially 30 pounds down, I started my fitness journey exactly a year ago. It feels great! I still have a ways to go because I still have a belly and thighs but I'm excited to start seeing more change!

I love this! I have EDS, so all my joints dislocate as I move. I need workouts that are low impact, but will help me lose some extra weight and stay toned like I am now. And the cool down is amazing! I have hypermobility subtype of EDS, so I'm unnaturally flexible, and this is a nice relaxing stretch.

Why do cardio workouts use squats so much? I've been doing the tonal + cardio workout and yesterday I could hardly stand or sit or lay down without something burning

Hi guys. I must say I really love your work out videos. I am only subscribed to your channel because I only do regular youtube for fitness purposes. I really need your advice. I've been always heavier that my required weight. I am not obese but moderately overweight. All my life I've been trying different exercises, some worked but I guess it's my discipline that needs to be work out. Still, I want to get your opinion. I am seriously trying to get fit now. I can do maximum of 1 hour work out every other day. My real problems are my arms and thigh. I feel like the more i work them out, the bigger they develop. I don't want a masculine body, I just really want to lose weight and still appear very feminine. Please recommend the best videos you have to help me shed off my arms and thighs.. I'll keep you updated with my progress. Thank you!

No, that only burns around 80 calories for me. This burns much more than 100 even. And if you want to get fit, you have to exercise all muscles.
