Weird how this was one of the futuristic cods but lacked a bunch of energy weapons compared to iw and aw
I know. Huh? I was hoping for more of these. But all we got is just two. 😢 If they decide to do a remake of this game, they should put in more energy weapons in multiplayer, and add more customization for both multiplayer and zombies. Because I’m a huge sucker for energy weapons in this game, but all we got is two. (Three if you don’t count the LV8 Basilisk that sounds like an energy weapon. Although it’s sadly not.)
I really like how it cuts to the point and you get raw audio and visual with each gun. I would find great value in one for BO4, especially with how you managed to shut off all ambient noise in this video.

This is one of my favorite cods and I think everyone agrees the multiplayer is pretty good and they did the futuristic movement right.
@Freesmart I agree with the supply drops, it's awful and greedy and illegal, but other than that, the game's awesome (except for the campaign, we don't talk about that).
I'd play the really good CODs even today if I could still find players. Cod games are almost the same and I'm really not liking the recent entries

The game went from mindlessly shooting people to having to look up OP weapon builds and buff/nerf patches and I really miss the 3 lane map design. Overall I think BO3 this most things really good except the jetpacks people seem to be divided on that

This was probably the best gun showcase I’ve ever seen. The wide FOV make some of it look funny. But you get to see all the details. Great work!!!
I should add too that doing two run thoughts of each gun, one stock and one with attachments, namely the suppressor and fast mags is such a welcome addition, I think a lot of people wanna see that aspect of the guns and how attachments change the handling. I love it!

I loved Black Ops 3. It was the last CoD i played for a long time and where i wasted the most of my allowance on loot boxes lol
Multiplayer and Zombies where great.
I have always been a fan of this game.Imo the last good COD game to come out besides MW 2019.The graphics,the gun play,the movement,the zombies and multiplayer were perfect.Such a good game and everybody used to hate on it.But now in retrospect there is thousands of people still playing the game and everyone misses it.I love that people are keeping this game alive.

18:12 I always use the Brecci with a Suppressor because I think it just sounds way better. I use the Haymaker and the Brecci with Suppressors because they sound way better. I don't use it on the KRM or Argus because the KRM gets too many hitmarkers but the Argus sounds better without them. I love how the Brecci, Haymaker, and KRM all have the same sound when they have a Suppressor.
Some people complain about this cod gameplay but it has very pleasing visuals

For some reason, I actually really miss the Futuristic/Sci-Fi Call of Duty Era of Games.
For the most part I'm starting to agree because what they got going on right now starting world war II tomorrow warfare even vanguard and probably call of duty Cold war just doesn't cut it anymore

Plus modern style is getting some what outplayed in a way because people want "realism" when realism is what killing cod
The futurist/sci-fi cods were the best because they was so much they could do in terms of maps and weapons they have many good ideas whereas with modern coda they can’t really do that since they’re li tied to the time/era of the game

I've always enjoyed BO3. Game was pretty solid imo and I would rate it a A tier game. Just wish the campaign was better and have a better system to get supply drop weapons. My idea for it was that if you get a melee weapon you didn't want, you can trade it out for a different melee weapon and if you got a gun you didn't want, you could trade that out for a different one. That's only if you get one. Either that or a way to grind for them like in BO4.
Nah yt recommended this vid for a reason. I'll say my controversial opinion of the day b03 is the best cod of the past 10 years period. Unfortunately it had the lootbox mechanic even though i prefer it from the microtransaction overload we have today because you could at least grind for some lootboxes. I still regret spending like 700dollars on it

II just wish that they overhauled the damned loot box system like they did in BO4. BO4's system was frustrating but at LEAST you could grind those accursed cases for trading for a weapon of your choice and there was just more variants to actually earn rather then stupid emotes or gestures. I get SO freakin' jealous when I see UA-camrs or showcase channels with ALL the DLC guns. I've already spent around 50 bucks worth of boxes and got not even one DLC weapon, yet I have 3-4 melees?! But I don't even play MP, I play solely for Zombies!
Infinite warfares way of getting guns was sooo much better as all you had to was buy one of the variants and youd get the basic version of the gun too.

I know I criticize CoD for having ridiculous skins in a game that's originally marketed as "realistic/gritty" but I can tolerate said skins if there was either a mode where ONLY realistic/base stuff is allowed (a gritty, realism mode), OR they just leave the WWII/historic games that realistic.
That aside, a futuristic/semi-futuristic CoD is the best opportunity for the more wacky stuff to be added.

And if it is: why putting it on a ppsh of all things (and in general: why having open bolt guns besides SAWs in the future?)
Man this black ops actually had such good weapon design and animations, but of course they had to lock new weapons behind a gambling loot chance. I actually liked the operators, the maps, and the movement was nice once you got the hang of it.
I would’ve put way more hours into this game but once they released the first few weapons you knew right away you would have to spend hundreds to get what you want. Such BS, I would’ve liked to max out all camos for every gun but of course activision be greedy.
They should make a remastered or rather re-release collection of all the black ops with all the paid dlc included. And have servers and cross match making across all 4 games. Like the Master Chief collection. They could pull it off, but they’re probably too busy getting BR money.
