If you’re not worried about the steering lock BigEd put an aftermarket key only in its place drag specialties has em did the same on my 90 fhc Good luck on downsizing the fleet hard thing to do ✊🏾✌🏾
Too much work and too much money but dam it’s fun when we can do it. It seems like every time I get rid of a bike to try and save money I just end up finding another one I have to have. You take care Big Ed and ride safe.
@johnhall3860 yeah John, it's definitely an addiction, that's why I'm gonna try to scale back a little. I'm starting to lose focus on what is really important, Riding. I'm not getting younger so I need to focus more on riding, than wrenching.
@edZILLA64 I have seen headlight missiles where people have had to elongate the two fine thread 5/16 bolts that hold each side so there is difference in up and down I'm sure it's not a well it's not like it's inside the engine has to be real precise.. I'm sure there's a lot of leeway shall we say
@edZILLA64 ok not sure what fork you have I have 2 shovels 84&71 and a 03-4 Roadking. My roadking has the ignition switch on the tank console like all FL's except a full dresser....you said the nessell is from a 96 RK ?
@enricomandragona163 yeah, the forks are 83 Electraglide Shovelhead with 96 Nacelle headlight bucket that I'm trying to incorporate to the 83. The 96 has just a fork lock there and ignition on tank like you said.
i’ve gotta hand it to you Big Ed you always have a project on the fire. Have a good Sunday Frank.

Big Ed! Can you mount your ignition switch down low between the starter and the battery on the right hand or curbside?
I gotta give it a good looking over, and figure out , i will look and see if that might work.
Mine has a gap onn 1970
@MoeLarrycurly1 good to know, I thought all the 41mm front-ends were the same width, but it seems some of them are slightly off.

Need more riding and less building lol, great job man
@ridingonruby3287 you're right. I gotta concentrate more on riding, than wrenching.
Dude that's the fork lock not the ignition switch!!
@enricomandragona163 it's the ignition and fork lock.
