- Today it's the TITAN Hex Shank 15.5kg Breaker Review, This titan hex breaker is an absolute must have, a bargain price too.
It gets the job done with ease, it may not be the best breaker on the market as you may see in this review but for the odd job here and there it's definitely worth the investment.
The Titan breaker comes in a nice solid plastic case in kit form with two attachments included, the hex shanks aren't the best quality by far but they perform pretty well for a breaker of this price!!
Titan tools have never let me down yet and I would recommend them a day long.

I've had 3 of these for over 5 years and are used 3 or 4 time a week and they break some serious stone amazing tool keep it serviced and it will service you. 👍👍👍👍
please kelvin, how do you service the machine
I use one for fencing..they are solid.
Great pieces of kit
Cracking aTool used one this last week for fence post replacement it's very heavy buy don't rent.
Bought one of these 4 years ago when the kango blew up , we use it nearly every week and it's still as good as new performance wise , 45 j impact rate is awesome power , why pay silly money for a top brand when this is just as good , in fact all the Titan range of power tools are good for the money you pay for them....👍
Cheers Danny boy
Agree I rate titan, they are reasonably priced and as far as I'm concerned a brilliant brand. Most of my titan power tools has out lives and out worked top brands like my DeWalt and Makita 😂. Appreciate it yensabi 💪🏻💪🏻
That could give some hammering🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just bought a used one but noticed the front handle is missing. I've ordered another but do you think it can be used in the meantime without the side handle?
It’s a bit risky personally I would but I wouldn’t recommend it
@@PlumbingGy glad I waited for the handle to arrive thanks
How does it compare to the hilti tE1000? They're about £1600 and they're great but the price. Is a p/take
Does it use oil or grease pls. And if it's grease what type of grease
Silly me, i should have used one of those when i was clearing soil at the back, had done it the hard way with a shovel.
Brilliant piece of kit thanks for the support! 👍🏻
Hi. This machine use oil or grease?
Thanks
Tool station Einhell £120
ive used one off these u will not find anything better for the money its light when in use
tom jones great piece of kit Tom, mines still going strong 👍🏻💪🏻
How much it and how can I get it
Hey how much oil should I put in it
Can you show me bro
Ok
Ok
Do you think if you made your own bit this would be useful as a tamper?
Might be a bit difficult, if I'm being honest probably not it would be hard to regulate it
@@PlumbingGy I'm trying to find a cost effective way to get a power tamper for a rammed earth wall.
You could give it a go but I'm honestly not sure it will work I'm afraid
I'm going to buy a spare spade end bit. Then cut a 10mm wide slot about 50mm long . Insert a 10mm thick plate and weld it up ( powerful arc welder ) then weld another plate around 150mm square to it as a tamping foot.
Alright fella! Not the first time you've made me go buy a new toy🤣 question for u do u know the maximum draw off? Only reason I use a Jenny on site?
Jac
Haha good lad jac, I have looked on the website and it says the startup W is double the running W so startup would cost u 3400W hope this helps 💪🏻⚡️
We tried to run one of these from a 4 k genny and it struggled to reach full power , I suppose you could hook it up to one of the big ones that you tow behind the van 15 k upwards
I bought one of these at a car boot sale about 5 years ago, I paid £50 for it, seemed to be working fine, got it home it worked for ten minutes then stopped. Checked the fuse, switch etc but all fine so it's been in the garage for years. Being a hgv mechanic I'm not very familiar with electric motors, decided to have a look at it earlier today, removed the brushes from the motor and they are only 8mm long, compared to a new one of 16mm. Ordered genuine parts off Ebay for a fiver, just Hope this solves it as it seems a shame to bin it.
Yeah would be a shame for such a decent piece of equipment see how it goes! Fingers crossed!! Thanks for the support💪🏻
@@PlumbingGy all the best pal.
@@PlumbingGy the new brushes arrived, fitted them and the tool is working perfectly again. Do you know anything about the maintenance of this model? Greasing etc. Looked into it and people are saying its maintenance free.
Hi Gareth I would always contact the manufacturer and if they offer a servicing package I would take it 👍🏻
Hi pal do you have the link for bushes??
What about oiling it? I have one and it says oil after 50 hours use. But not clear how that is done.
I take all my tools to a local handler who strips and cleans every year I recommend a service at least once a year 👍
Great tool but where's the hearing protection my man? 😮😅
What??
@@cutice sorry I can't hear you can you speak up 😂
Why are you referring to a breaker as her/she?
If anything its a he.. Its phallic
