So glad you reacted to this, it is one of my very favorite songs! As someone who moved from the north of Sweden this song really hits home for me. I always get homesick when I listen to this. Euskefeurat is one of my favorite bands. They have some really funny songs with a touch of social criticism and then they have some songs like this that are more on the emotional side. I would highly recommend their song "Flyktingarna" too, that is one song I cannot listen to without crying. For some of their funnier songs I can recommend "Pessimistkonsulten", "Bonden o björn" and "Konjak & nazister". If you go to an Euskefeurat concert you also kind of get a bit of up a stand up comedy show too as Ronny Eriksson (who is mostly known as a comedian, and was featured a lot in comedic TV-shows back in the day) usually does some funny bits in between the songs.
I know the feeling exactly. And I'm weeping like a three-year-old every time I hear this. But there's another classic (in the same vein) that's more even heart-wrenching, so I hope you'll check out J.P.
From Euskefeurat you really should react to 'Storswänsken', 'Bonden och björn' and 'Mer och mer och mer' to get a better feel about who they are. And important to not be fooled and stop listening to songs before they are really, really over.
Addis Black Widow...Goes Around Comes Around. The worldhit that never was..bara i Sverige, Varför undviks denna?
My parents always played this in the car when we went back to Östergötland from Dalarna. Reminds me of my childhood. If you listen to their song " En fri man" you'll hear what I believe is the story about the quintessential Swedish man. It's really funny too. Love❤

@@bbeightynineJonathan has said though that he is also interested in listening to songs that are very big classics in some communities even if they might not be big mainstream classics (like the Sabaton-songs he’s listened to that are huge in the metal community but not that well known outside of that), so he has expanded his concept for this channel in that way.

Ja! Kolla upp hans grejer från Släng dig i brunnen!
actually in this song he was mainly doing the reciting, the singer is Bengt Ruthström

Lillpitevisan by Euskefeurat is really good :), they sing in the dialect "bondska" which is fun too.
Denna hade jag inte hört, riktigt skön! Och äntligen Kolla kolla!

And now my colleagues are gonna ask me if I've been crying
The Å in Piteå, Luleå and Umeå is silent, so it's kinda like Pi-te(h).

It's an irish song from the start, known as "Donnegal Danny". Very different lyrics, but just as good. Try the version by The Dubliners.
(Ja, i Norrland).
Marit Bergman: I will always be your soldier
Lykke Li: I follow rivers (The "La vie de Adele version")
Laleh: En stund på jorden (Live på Ullevi)
Menade du Lykke Li: I follow rivers?

Euskefeurat means "something halfbad"

Movits! ft.Timbuktu - Na Na Nah! (Long version)
Johnossi - Dead End
Not their best song IMO, but it's still good
Aki - toppisar i näven
Raj-Raj band - Tornedalsmannen
Euskefeurat - Lingonrapp är också bra
Aldrig hört ..svensk klassiker? Norrbottnisk lokal klassiker kanske 😅
