How does having the hands in a top position damage the date wheel? I didn’t see that in the instructions. Good tutorial, thank you
On most mechanical watches the date wheel can be engaged between 9 and 12 or 12 and 3. Changing the date outside these intervals will make it 100|% sure you do not damage the watch. There might be some on which that rule does not apply, but it is a great thing to learn and apply it each time to change the date on mechanical watches.
What size watch is this ???
Does it take numerous settings above 9pm to damage a Sellita movement? I just bought a 9937OB, and don't want to ruin it. Thanks!

If you wear it all the time, you do not need to. But, yes I know what you are saying.
