100% you should buy the car it’s awesome! It has improved so much vs ONE release. But agree that they should be more responsive to their early adopters / buyers. The early support & feedback itself is priceless and should be recognized much more.
I have had my FOO since late October. Its a great ride, beautiful car and I enjoy California mode. The software issues haven't impacted my vehicle very much and i rarely get sensor faults maybe. I would say its happens once or twice a month and waiting till next day or reset usually fix it. From a vehicle standpoint i would recommend to buy but i would suggest to maybe wait and see 2.0 software and 10k filed along with partnership to make sure Fisker is here to stay.
Thank you for the honest report. Mechanically I had hardly any problems with my FO. But I've only driven 1200 km in 3.5 months. Only one rear door handle made noise from the beginning when moving in and out. This was quickly replaced by the Fisker Center Düsseldorf in a customer-friendly manner. The 12V battery was also replaced, although I never had any problems with it. Both measures were carried out in one appointment (3 hours I waited) including preparations for future OTA updates. I'm lucky that the nearest Fisker Center is less than 40 km away. Like all other FO owners, I have software problems, but now I know how to deal with them more or less. But I'm slowly losing patience with software promises that Fisker doesn't keep. I can hardly wait until software 2.0 is finally installed on my FO. The fact that I've been waiting for over 3 months for the floor mats I've already paid for is also unacceptable. But otherwise a really nice and funny car. 🙂

You nailed it. At least you have seen a mobile technician. It seems there is none for North Rhine Westphalia… I have contacted the Ocean One help line several times. Guess who never called back. Until end of February 277 Oceans were registered in total in Germany. Fisker should know all of us personally. When I called the help line, I had to provide all details (license plate number, phone number, VIN) again and again. I assume they put it on Post-Its to handle the customer relationship. This might also explain, why the software is as it is. Rumor has it, that the rollout of 2.0 is stopped for the time being to investigate some “issues”. I still like my car very much! It drives great, looks great and it is of a decent build quality. Software enhancements and customer focus would make it a perfect experience. Come on Fisker, how hard can it be?
Yes and also here again you spot on with your comments. Not so may cars been delivered and also our technician is fired at this moment just got aware of when the video been already finished. You excatly point it out the car is cool all what you said but service and how they look after as well as the software is a issue and needs to be prio 1 for Fisker. Hoepfully they will see the posts here and react on it.
Interesting. I called yesterday to open a service ticket, and I was on the phone under 10 min and never gave them any personal info. Email confirmation was received before I hung up.
I gave up on fisker customer service. Tickets open since December and they close them without reason. No mudflaps ever sent. No follow up with technicians. I'm in Texas. It's quite annoying. I'll give the car a year before I trade it in for a lucid
I would definitely buy it. Currently, I'm using a Hyundai Ioniq, but as soon as there's a chance to test drive the Fisker, I'll take it. I believe there will be a lot fewer bugs in both software and mechanics. Don't worry about Fisker's future, news about a big well-known sponsor will soon come along with a substantial cash injection. It just takes time when changing the sales model decision from direct sales to dealership to see the first effects, and the decision was made in January. People will have the opportunity to see this car in the showroom

No signing ceremony, car delivery was awful, no alarm shut off or alarm shut off timer, missing tow bar paid for, zero customer service….if I was looking to buy an Ocean today I’d probably get a different EV, but I own a One and now I’m riding the wave of vacant news. Hi a few remarks/ questions Mud on tbe doors: are your front tyres factory? They seem to exceed from the protective plastic. Frozen pipes: i never owned a car with any warming system, never had similar issue, average winter temp -6 at night where i live. Either the pipes are too thin or the product you use is expired. Nice video especially the drone views, hope you get your updates. BtW if they go broke they should be forced to opensource the code. Solar cells: I dont get it. Could make sense in California or the Mediterranean but not in nothern europe. Moreover most people with EV have a garage and in most EU cities public parkings are underground. Why pay for that?

Yes I bought all from Fisker the winter tyres anything btw the dirt ins not the biggest issues but it´s a bit frustrating and I like to show be careful with color choice matt painting needs a lot of cleaning and with that "issue" you do have a lot do clean. Had also not the issue with the frozen pipes for the last 20 years even in pretty cold areas sure a non ev haves engine warming up but...Solar cells spot one make may more sense to have the normal roof and a cover then passanger can enjoy while driving the fee anyhow I see this not as an issue when it works it´s cool but can say you totally right with the fact that beside sunny countries the outcome is not much. Would be cool if they would open source with the software had also somebody from IT telling me that this would help them also in this situation already. Quite a few minor but irritating issues at the beginning, it's good that most of those mechanical ones are resolved, and the software-related ones are on their way with subsequent updates. I hope these mechanical faults are no longer encountered in new units? The second part of the video is more positive, talking about how great the Fisker car is, I think if these issues are addressed with each car and have fresher software, we'll have an outstanding car with beautiful design. Thank you for this review, you seem genuinely, reasonably, from a person who uses the car, it's truly invaluable. How do you deal with winter and pouring windshield fluid, how does it freeze when you open it
Hi first aof all thanks a lot for the great comment really appreciate it. Yes I don´t see any of these mechanical issues with new builds what is really a very good progress. You need to put a lot of freezing stop into the fluid and pretty early already when it´s getting colder otherwise you would need to go into a good temp. garage to get the car warm again and keep them workign again.
You hit the nail on the head, I agree with you 100%! My Extreme's build quality is top notch but the software is crap. I've logged over 3 pages of software problems and my last 2 service tickets with Fisker Support have gone unanswered. I haven't had any regen braking in my last several drives and the brake dust on my wheels looks horrible. I haven't had any internet connectivity in almost a month. Support said the 2.0 update will fix most of my problems but how am I supposed to get the update with no internet connectivity?!?! My latest issue in today's drive was using 174 miles of range in a 17 mile drive! Totally unacceptable! I don't want to but I'm on the verge of going back to Tesla, I'm tired of being Fisker's guinea pig.

If the car runs smoothly, has good mileage, gas money is saved, doesn't cause crashes then why hate her like an older girlfriend who is not as hot as she used to be? Everything has flaws but need to work on them as long it's working out in at least main core requirements

Good morning, thanks a lot for the great feedback. I also think it´s important to be transperant topics needs to be adressed. Well when I had the issues also that the doors been not working in December that finally really let me pressure more in Fisker my mode turned already a bit and I also told Fisker that I think I have a lemon car, also with the comparison of other cars, e.g. function working in other Fisker Ones just didn´t work and the mechanical issues I have been faced with are also pretty unique. I ask many times if they like to change the car in a extrem e.g. but Fisker didn´t like to do it and came up with a lot of stuff that is my issue so we as user are not able doung things - the fluid for the window springler - Fisker said I didn´t put enough anti frost into it bla bla bla on the day of return they still didn´t working and been frozen so even Fisker didn´t do it right - these things are super bad. Also the charging issues I have been facing with energy consumption they just said we tested it all fine to give you an inside anyhow again they promised that the 2.0 will be the brake trough cause "all" issues are related to software also the doors not open or close in winter time (so the cars software is related to temperature??? and this don´t let doors open and close) sorry coming back still I don´t have the 2.0 yet and if this will not fix the issues I lemon the car and will give it back this will the breaking point. We had a service tech here in the region super good guy but he been layed off now so I even don´t know how the service in the future will look like here...
@@gentlemensworld I hate my FOO and the problem is there will be no money left to handle the lemons they have put in the marketplace. I am also tired of being told my issues will be fixed in a future update. (I do not have 2.0 either and still have constant braking issues.) I have also had the following physical issues: Vents not working (replaced), 12V Dead (replaced after 8 days - no loaner), Seat sensor replaced, doors handles cracked due to water getting in them (replaced). If all of this happened under 1500 miles, what is the long term hope that the car will actually last more than a few years. Their responses to their initial owners is embarrassing and it is all the fault of Henrik and Greta. I do not have any position on Fisker stock and I strongly suggest that potential buyers stay away from this Titanic before it takes on more water.

Such a shame about Fisker, the car looks great, the tech is compelling, but the troubles you have experienced is not acceptable. Sounds like Fisker is in financial trouble, would be interesting to see how they will support you if they go bankrupt. I always liked your videos, as you started off so excited on your journey. Anyhow as mentioned the car it self haves so much potential if the software and all stuff runs smooth.
Based on their partner (indirect model), and also the potential OEM partner (NiSSAN in the rumour), most of the HC reductions will be/shall be width the sale department….In France they have just added 2 new dealerships selling the OCEAN, and I am asking if these dealership will also be trained to provide services….
It should change definetly when they have partners in place and a OEM with experiance will be a game changer for sure I wish that they make it and that all issues going to get fixed also the build quality itself again also with the new extrems etc. is pretty good what I have seen I just hope they will speed up things bevor it´s to late for them.
Hey Patrick, du warst mit deiner Begeisterung ein wesentlicher Treiber weshalb ich mich für den FO als meinen Einstieg in die E-Mobilität entschieden habe. Schade, dass da einiges auf der Strecke geblieben ist, aber deine Punkte sind valide. Ich habe 2.0 bereits vor 3 Wochen bekommen, es war eines der ersten Autos in Deutschland. Ganz perfekt ist es nicht, meins kam per Laptop und da waren noch ein paar Bugs drin. Aber, mit 2.0 wurde wirklich viel behoben. Von daher, du musst noch etwas geduldig sein. Ich würde mir auch wünschen, dass das alles besser laufen würde.

Freut mich zu hören das bei Dir mit 2.0 die Sachen besser laufen das gibt auf jeden Fall Hoffnung das noch mehr geht und es besser wird. Und vielen Dank für deine Wünsche ;-)

Ich habe gehört, dass Fisker nur aus dem Sales Leute entlassen muss, da aufgrund der neuen Vertriebsstruktur diese nicht mehr benötigt werden. Das Problem wird sein, dass Fisker mit der Abarbeitung der Reklamationen zur Zeit überfordert ist. Ich denke, dass wird sich mit der neuen Vertriebsstruktur verbessern. Ich glaube der Service Techniker wird selbst gekündigt haben. Das mit den zugefrorenen Spritzdüsen hat nichts mit Fisker zu tun. Selbst wenn die Düsen beheizt wären, nutzt das nichts, wenn der Rest im Behälter und den Leitungen eingefroren ist. Zudem kommt noch hinzu, dass es keine Motorwärme gibt. Mit den verschmutzen Kameras hast du Recht, man hätte das in Form von Spritzdüsen lösen können. Ist aber sehr aufwändig. Neben dem verlegen von zig Schläuchen und dem einsetzen von zusätzlichen Düsen bräuchtest du auch noch eine gewisse Steuerung. Wenn du alle Kameras bei Betätigung der Scheibenwaschanlage besprühen würdest, wäre beispielsweise bei der zehnten Betätigung der Behälter leer. Das mit den verschmutzen Kameras hat man wirklich nur bei ganz schlechten Wetter und wenn dann nicht sehr oft. Selbst Premium Hersteller haben das nicht alle. Die Heckkkamera hätte man aber berücksichtigen können. Das mit dem Dreck seitlich bei schlechten Wetter wäre jetzt für mich nicht schlimm.
@olafpalm4300 Hallo, nein unser Service Techniker wurde gekündigt und hatte mir das mitgeilt gehabt als das Video leider schon im Kasten war. Ich sehe es auch so das sie zu viele Reklamationen haben und nicht hinterher kommen allerdings fahre ich halt das Auto auch schon 8 Monate und habe bis jetzt jeden Tag mit Problemen zu kämpfen das beeinträchtigt meine Fahrfreude das es mein Alltagsauto ist. Das Problem mit den Düsen ist nicht nur das eine Heizung fehlt sondern die Aussage noch getopt wird das man in dem Fall ich als Benutzer es nicht Sachgemäß bedient hätte und dann an dem Tag als das Auto wieder hergefahren wurde ich ins Autoeinsteige und Fisker selber wohl nicht in der Lange war das Problem zu Lösen da Sie bei der Übergabe eines Fisker Mitarbeiter der mir gesagt hat ich sei nicht in Lage das richtig zu bedienen die auch wieder mit eingefrorenen Düsen das Auto übergeben hat. Schau ich will Fisker nicht schlecht machen deshalb betone ich seit Monaten und auch in diesem Video auch die guten Seiten versteh mich Bitte nicht Falsch aber es gibt Dinge die ich leider als negative sehe Dreck an der Seite ist kein Dealbreaker aber ein good to know für die Farbwahl z.b. Probleme sind Software, Service und Versprechungen die nicht eingehalten werden. Die Kamerawschanlage etc. kann man für Facelifts machen das war hier die Anregung die ich so auch Fisker mitgeteilt hatte.
Yeah it´s defently a more sommer car in winter there lot of stuff in pricipal not so good with the EV´s at all e.g. high energy consumption heating issues charging issues etc. To be in a warmer climate is much better yes.
Hi, I am a FOO owner in Norway and since November we have had a real old school «traditional» winter with lots of snow, ice and temeperatures down to minus 20 degree C. My FOO has managed resonably well although the window screen washing liquid supplied from the factory when I took owenership in September was not of a the type needed below 10 degrees C and it froze on me. I took my car to the Fisker Service Center and they took out the tank (full of ice) and replaced it with a new and empty one. With the right sub freezing temperature holding liquid I have not had an issue. I have not had any issues with openimng or closing my doors apart from once - a call to Fisker resolved that issue with an OTA intervention - then all was good again. I have been nervous about the 12V battery as we frequently go to the mountains for skiing with the car parked outside in freezing temperatures. Once my 12V ran empty because I had put my heater on full blast to preheat the vehicle for more than ten minutes before heading home - a minute too long. I called the Fisker contracted rescue service and after 45 minutes I had a service man recharging my 12 V for 5 minutes - and all was good. The issue we have driving on snowy roads when going into the mountains is that the rear window gets fully covered with snow and the camera for the rear mirror also get covered with snow. This is not a huge problem - we stop and wipe the camera lense once on a trip - and go again. All in all, I love my FOO - and issues are being resolved, albeit slowly. Now that the winter i approching its en Fisker is promising to have the winter package installed in SW update 3.0 or 4.0 - although in 2.0 there is an gadual introduction of torque vectoring functionality. I have 2.0 part 1 with Hill Hold and improved key fob functionality and vampire drain reduced to between 1 and 2% per day parked. I can finally also read how much power my sun roof has generated and is generating (not much during winter time). I am also concerned about the financial situation of Fisker, however I trust that there wil be additional SW improvements and that there will be new owners who will bring new cash or possibly taking control over the company and build on the foundations of what Henrik Fisker and his team after all has accomplished with this beatiful and well built vehicle
No it didn't. Larges auto magazine in Norway had the Ocean in for a range test, since they did not deliver the car as promised at first. Did not go that well: They were reluctant to trust the car over mountain passes due to all the error messages. They did not have to take the decision, as the car took it for them; it would not start on the day of test. Yes it had 2.0.

Geht schon in die Richtung es ist wiklich schade ich kann immer wieder sagen zu fahren ist das Auto echt genial eines der besten die ich bis jetzt in der Preisklasse gefahren bin aber die Software der Service und halt immer wieder die Versprechungen die nicht eingehalten werden machen das ganze ein wenig schwierig. Zumal man sich jetzt so langsam die Frage stellen muss, wenn es noch läger weiter so geht wann wird das Auto normal fahrbereit und kommen überhaupt die features die versprochen worden sind? Ich mein ich will das Auto nicht Jahrelang fahren und dann kommt mal ein ADAS System oder andere dinge dann ist das Auto auch gebraucht.
Bruh, you totally unloaded on them. Just few months ago you were giddy about it. I walked away from my $5k. Just isn’t worth the hassle. They haven’t even fixed the roll back issues yet. That should be an easy software fix. Overall it’s just a poorly built product. Fisker should have put its best foot forward for the first 5000 customers and that itself would’ve gotten them more customers. But they launched a half baked product riddled with issues. That and the dwindling interest in EVs due to lack of charging infrastructure and other established car makers launching their own EVs means Fisker is going to have a tougher road ahead to stay afloat

So many issues.. at that price!!.. so many better options. Crap quality interior and design flaws... range no where near 700 km.. 4-500 maybe.. 3-400 in the winter. No keyless entry (key is also not always working), sunblind folds, but lets sun through where it folds!, Center Screen gets in the way of the right knee, Seats are useless in corners and on long journeys (compared to good seats). Buttons on the steering wheel is cheap plastic and really cheap looking and feeling ..not a hater, but this car is simply not good. And its a lottery whether you get a car that will be impossible to get spare parts for. "not finished yet" is the word. 500x boost mode??!!.. what??!... so your battery is so poorly constructed it cannot handle to be used at max!? What a joke.
Don´t know if it is really around the battery as far as I know they from catl and used in various cars and stadarized it the poor software causing the issues around the car and also the high consumption. Also never thought by myself that software haves such a massiv impact to the device.
Everything you said has been all over youtube and social media for months and risker haters jump on these type of like vultures to tell the owners "hey we told you so !!" ..now since company has already released the V.20 and resolving those issues i dont see how these type of videos can help Fikser customers or maybe you just wanted to let out some steam ?

You nailed it. At least you have seen a mobile technician. It seems there is none for North Rhine Westphalia… I have contacted the Ocean One help line several times. Guess who never called back. Until end of February 277 Oceans were registered in total in Germany. Fisker should know all of us personally. When I called the help line, I had to provide all details (license plate number, phone number, VIN) again and again. I assume they put it on Post-Its to handle the customer relationship. This might also explain, why the software is as it is. Rumor has it, that the rollout of 2.0 is stopped for the time being to investigate some “issues”.
I still like my car very much! It drives great, looks great and it is of a decent build quality. Software enhancements and customer focus would make it a perfect experience. Come on Fisker, how hard can it be?
Yes and also here again you spot on with your comments. Not so may cars been delivered and also our technician is fired at this moment just got aware of when the video been already finished. You excatly point it out the car is cool all what you said but service and how they look after as well as the software is a issue and needs to be prio 1 for Fisker. Hoepfully they will see the posts here and react on it.
Interesting. I called yesterday to open a service ticket, and I was on the phone under 10 min and never gave them any personal info. Email confirmation was received before I hung up.
I gave up on fisker customer service. Tickets open since December and they close them without reason. No mudflaps ever sent. No follow up with technicians. I'm in Texas. It's quite annoying. I'll give the car a year before I trade it in for a lucid

I would definitely buy it. Currently, I'm using a Hyundai Ioniq, but as soon as there's a chance to test drive the Fisker, I'll take it. I believe there will be a lot fewer bugs in both software and mechanics.
Don't worry about Fisker's future, news about a big well-known sponsor will soon come along with a substantial cash injection. It just takes time when changing the sales model decision from direct sales to dealership to see the first effects, and the decision was made in January. People will have the opportunity to see this car in the showroom
I hope this clicks all together as you saying hoping the best for Fisker that things keeps on going as said in the video would be a pitty if not.

Well said Patrick! Communication from Fisker is MIA; who, at Fisker, is in charge of customer communication? No signing ceremony, car delivery was awful, no alarm shut off or alarm shut off timer, missing tow bar paid for, zero customer service….if I was looking to buy an Ocean today I’d probably get a different EV, but I own a One and now I’m riding the wave of vacant news. Mud on tbe doors: are your front tyres factory? They seem to exceed from the protective plastic.
Frozen pipes: i never owned a car with any warming system, never had similar issue, average winter temp -6 at night where i live. Either the pipes are too thin or the product you use is expired.
Nice video especially the drone views, hope you get your updates. BtW if they go broke they should be forced to opensource the code.
Solar cells: I dont get it. Could make sense in California or the Mediterranean but not in nothern europe. Moreover most people with EV have a garage and in most EU cities public parkings are underground. Why pay for that?

Yes I bought all from Fisker the winter tyres anything btw the dirt ins not the biggest issues but it´s a bit frustrating and I like to show be careful with color choice matt painting needs a lot of cleaning and with that "issue" you do have a lot do clean. Had also not the issue with the frozen pipes for the last 20 years even in pretty cold areas sure a non ev haves engine warming up but...Solar cells spot one make may more sense to have the normal roof and a cover then passanger can enjoy while driving the fee anyhow I see this not as an issue when it works it´s cool but can say you totally right with the fact that beside sunny countries the outcome is not much. Would be cool if they would open source with the software had also somebody from IT telling me that this would help them also in this situation already. Quite a few minor but irritating issues at the beginning, it's good that most of those mechanical ones are resolved, and the software-related ones are on their way with subsequent updates. I hope these mechanical faults are no longer encountered in new units? The second part of the video is more positive, talking about how great the Fisker car is, I think if these issues are addressed with each car and have fresher software, we'll have an outstanding car with beautiful design. Thank you for this review, you seem genuinely, reasonably, from a person who uses the car, it's truly invaluable. How do you deal with winter and pouring windshield fluid, how does it freeze when you open it
Hi first aof all thanks a lot for the great comment really appreciate it. Yes I don´t see any of these mechanical issues with new builds what is really a very good progress. You need to put a lot of freezing stop into the fluid and pretty early already when it´s getting colder otherwise you would need to go into a good temp. garage to get the car warm again and keep them workign again.
You hit the nail on the head, I agree with you 100%! My Extreme's build quality is top notch but the software is crap. I've logged over 3 pages of software problems and my last 2 service tickets with Fisker Support have gone unanswered. I haven't had any regen braking in my last several drives and the brake dust on my wheels looks horrible. I haven't had any internet connectivity in almost a month. Support said the 2.0 update will fix most of my problems but how am I supposed to get the update with no internet connectivity?!?! My latest issue in today's drive was using 174 miles of range in a 17 mile drive! Totally unacceptable! I don't want to but I'm on the verge of going back to Tesla, I'm tired of being Fisker's guinea pig.

If the car runs smoothly, has good mileage, gas money is saved, doesn't cause crashes then why hate her like an older girlfriend who is not as hot as she used to be? Everything has flaws but need to work on them as long it's working out in at least main core requirements

Good morning, thanks a lot for the great feedback. I also think it´s important to be transperant topics needs to be adressed. Well when I had the issues also that the doors been not working in December that finally really let me pressure more in Fisker my mode turned already a bit and I also told Fisker that I think I have a lemon car, also with the comparison of other cars, e.g. function working in other Fisker Ones just didn´t work and the mechanical issues I have been faced with are also pretty unique. I ask many times if they like to change the car in a extrem e.g. but Fisker didn´t like to do it and came up with a lot of stuff that is my issue so we as user are not able doung things - the fluid for the window springler - Fisker said I didn´t put enough anti frost into it bla bla bla on the day of return they still didn´t working and been frozen so even Fisker didn´t do it right - these things are super bad. Also the charging issues I have been facing with energy consumption they just said we tested it all fine to give you an inside anyhow again they promised that the 2.0 will be the brake trough cause "all" issues are related to software also the doors not open or close in winter time (so the cars software is related to temperature??? and this don´t let doors open and close) sorry coming back still I don´t have the 2.0 yet and if this will not fix the issues I lemon the car and will give it back this will the breaking point. We had a service tech here in the region super good guy but he been layed off now so I even don´t know how the service in the future will look like here...
@@gentlemensworld I hate my FOO and the problem is there will be no money left to handle the lemons they have put in the marketplace. I am also tired of being told my issues will be fixed in a future update. (I do not have 2.0 either and still have constant braking issues.) I have also had the following physical issues: Vents not working (replaced), 12V Dead (replaced after 8 days - no loaner), Seat sensor replaced, doors handles cracked due to water getting in them (replaced). If all of this happened under 1500 miles, what is the long term hope that the car will actually last more than a few years. Their responses to their initial owners is embarrassing and it is all the fault of Henrik and Greta. I do not have any position on Fisker stock and I strongly suggest that potential buyers stay away from this Titanic before it takes on more water.

Anyhow as mentioned the car it self haves so much potential if the software and all stuff runs smooth.
Based on their partner (indirect model), and also the potential OEM partner (NiSSAN in the rumour), most of the HC reductions will be/shall be width the sale department….In France they have just added 2 new dealerships selling the OCEAN, and I am asking if these dealership will also be trained to provide services….
It should change definetly when they have partners in place and a OEM with experiance will be a game changer for sure I wish that they make it and that all issues going to get fixed also the build quality itself again also with the new extrems etc. is pretty good what I have seen I just hope they will speed up things bevor it´s to late for them.
They will run out of money before they get things fixed. Stay away before Henrik takes your cash. My FOO is the worst car I have ever owned.

Hey Patrick, du warst mit deiner Begeisterung ein wesentlicher Treiber weshalb ich mich für den FO als meinen Einstieg in die E-Mobilität entschieden habe. Schade, dass da einiges auf der Strecke geblieben ist, aber deine Punkte sind valide. Ich habe 2.0 bereits vor 3 Wochen bekommen, es war eines der ersten Autos in Deutschland. Ganz perfekt ist es nicht, meins kam per Laptop und da waren noch ein paar Bugs drin. Aber, mit 2.0 wurde wirklich viel behoben. Von daher, du musst noch etwas geduldig sein. Ich würde mir auch wünschen, dass das alles besser laufen würde.

Ich habe gehört, dass Fisker nur aus dem Sales Leute entlassen muss, da aufgrund der neuen Vertriebsstruktur diese nicht mehr benötigt werden. Das Problem wird sein, dass Fisker mit der Abarbeitung der Reklamationen zur Zeit überfordert ist. Ich denke, dass wird sich mit der neuen Vertriebsstruktur verbessern. Ich glaube der Service Techniker wird selbst gekündigt haben. Das mit den zugefrorenen Spritzdüsen hat nichts mit Fisker zu tun. Selbst wenn die Düsen beheizt wären, nutzt das nichts, wenn der Rest im Behälter und den Leitungen eingefroren ist. Zudem kommt noch hinzu, dass es keine Motorwärme gibt. Mit den verschmutzen Kameras hast du Recht, man hätte das in Form von Spritzdüsen lösen können. Ist aber sehr aufwändig. Neben dem verlegen von zig Schläuchen und dem einsetzen von zusätzlichen Düsen bräuchtest du auch noch eine gewisse Steuerung. Wenn du alle Kameras bei Betätigung der Scheibenwaschanlage besprühen würdest, wäre beispielsweise bei der zehnten Betätigung der Behälter leer. Das mit den verschmutzen Kameras hat man wirklich nur bei ganz schlechten Wetter und wenn dann nicht sehr oft. Selbst Premium Hersteller haben das nicht alle. Die Heckkkamera hätte man aber berücksichtigen können. Das mit dem Dreck seitlich bei schlechten Wetter wäre jetzt für mich nicht schlimm.
@olafpalm4300 Hallo, nein unser Service Techniker wurde gekündigt und hatte mir das mitgeilt gehabt als das Video leider schon im Kasten war. Ich sehe es auch so das sie zu viele Reklamationen haben und nicht hinterher kommen allerdings fahre ich halt das Auto auch schon 8 Monate und habe bis jetzt jeden Tag mit Problemen zu kämpfen das beeinträchtigt meine Fahrfreude das es mein Alltagsauto ist. Das Problem mit den Düsen ist nicht nur das eine Heizung fehlt sondern die Aussage noch getopt wird das man in dem Fall ich als Benutzer es nicht Sachgemäß bedient hätte und dann an dem Tag als das Auto wieder hergefahren wurde ich ins Autoeinsteige und Fisker selber wohl nicht in der Lange war das Problem zu Lösen da Sie bei der Übergabe eines Fisker Mitarbeiter der mir gesagt hat ich sei nicht in Lage das richtig zu bedienen die auch wieder mit eingefrorenen Düsen das Auto übergeben hat. Schau ich will Fisker nicht schlecht machen deshalb betone ich seit Monaten und auch in diesem Video auch die guten Seiten versteh mich Bitte nicht Falsch aber es gibt Dinge die ich leider als negative sehe Dreck an der Seite ist kein Dealbreaker aber ein good to know für die Farbwahl z.b. Probleme sind Software, Service und Versprechungen die nicht eingehalten werden. Die Kamerawschanlage etc. kann man für Facelifts machen das war hier die Anregung die ich so auch Fisker mitgeteilt hatte.

Yeah it´s defently a more sommer car in winter there lot of stuff in pricipal not so good with the EV´s at all e.g. high energy consumption heating issues charging issues etc. To be in a warmer climate is much better yes.
Hi, I am a FOO owner in Norway and since November we have had a real old school «traditional» winter with lots of snow, ice and temeperatures down to minus 20 degree C. My FOO has managed resonably well although the window screen washing liquid supplied from the factory when I took owenership in September was not of a the type needed below 10 degrees C and it froze on me. I took my car to the Fisker Service Center and they took out the tank (full of ice) and replaced it with a new and empty one. With the right sub freezing temperature holding liquid I have not had an issue. I have not had any issues with openimng or closing my doors apart from once - a call to Fisker resolved that issue with an OTA intervention - then all was good again. I have been nervous about the 12V battery as we frequently go to the mountains for skiing with the car parked outside in freezing temperatures. Once my 12V ran empty because I had put my heater on full blast to preheat the vehicle for more than ten minutes before heading home - a minute too long. I called the Fisker contracted rescue service and after 45 minutes I had a service man recharging my 12 V for 5 minutes - and all was good. The issue we have driving on snowy roads when going into the mountains is that the rear window gets fully covered with snow and the camera for the rear mirror also get covered with snow. This is not a huge problem - we stop and wipe the camera lense once on a trip - and go again. All in all, I love my FOO - and issues are being resolved, albeit slowly. Now that the winter i approching its en Fisker is promising to have the winter package installed in SW update 3.0 or 4.0 - although in 2.0 there is an gadual introduction of torque vectoring functionality. I have 2.0 part 1 with Hill Hold and improved key fob functionality and vampire drain reduced to between 1 and 2% per day parked. I can finally also read how much power my sun roof has generated and is generating (not much during winter time). I am also concerned about the financial situation of Fisker, however I trust that there wil be additional SW improvements and that there will be new owners who will bring new cash or possibly taking control over the company and build on the foundations of what Henrik Fisker and his team after all has accomplished with this beatiful and well built vehicle

No it didn't. Larges auto magazine in Norway had the Ocean in for a range test, since they did not deliver the car as promised at first. Did not go that well: They were reluctant to trust the car over mountain passes due to all the error messages. They did not have to take the decision, as the car took it for them; it would not start on the day of test. Yes it had 2.0.

Geht schon in die Richtung es ist wiklich schade ich kann immer wieder sagen zu fahren ist das Auto echt genial eines der besten die ich bis jetzt in der Preisklasse gefahren bin aber die Software der Service und halt immer wieder die Versprechungen die nicht eingehalten werden machen das ganze ein wenig schwierig. Zumal man sich jetzt so langsam die Frage stellen muss, wenn es noch läger weiter so geht wann wird das Auto normal fahrbereit und kommen überhaupt die features die versprochen worden sind? Ich mein ich will das Auto nicht Jahrelang fahren und dann kommt mal ein ADAS System oder andere dinge dann ist das Auto auch gebraucht.

Bruh, you totally unloaded on them. Just few months ago you were giddy about it. I walked away from my $5k. Just isn’t worth the hassle. They haven’t even fixed the roll back issues yet. That should be an easy software fix. Overall it’s just a poorly built product. Fisker should have put its best foot forward for the first 5000 customers and that itself would’ve gotten them more customers. But they launched a half baked product riddled with issues. That and the dwindling interest in EVs due to lack of charging infrastructure and other established car makers launching their own EVs means Fisker is going to have a tougher road ahead to stay afloat

So many issues.. at that price!!.. so many better options. Crap quality interior and design flaws... range no where near 700 km.. 4-500 maybe.. 3-400 in the winter. No keyless entry (key is also not always working), sunblind folds, but lets sun through where it folds!, Center Screen gets in the way of the right knee, Seats are useless in corners and on long journeys (compared to good seats). Buttons on the steering wheel is cheap plastic and really cheap looking and feeling ..not a hater, but this car is simply not good. And its a lottery whether you get a car that will be impossible to get spare parts for. "not finished yet" is the word. 500x boost mode??!!.. what??!... so your battery is so poorly constructed it cannot handle to be used at max!? What a joke.
Don´t know if it is really around the battery as far as I know they from catl and used in various cars and stadarized it the poor software causing the issues around the car and also the high consumption. Also never thought by myself that software haves such a massiv impact to the device.
Everything you said has been all over youtube and social media for months and risker haters jump on these type of like vultures to tell the owners "hey we told you so !!" ..now since company has already released the V.20 and resolving those issues i dont see how these type of videos can help Fikser customers or maybe you just wanted to let out some steam ?
Well video is not only for customers it´s for everybody and where is the 2.0 we having today the 10 of march..still don´t have it. If this update is solving issues I´m fair will also public it as I´m doing all the time and I also show the cool side of the car at the end so where is the iss?
@@gentlemensworld all in saying most of you UA-camrs are kicking a horse while it's down and soon you will be kicking a dead horse if you add fuel to the fire and keep attacking Fisker to get more view ...just look .. with this video you are just helping your view and short sellers trying to destroy the company not the owners or new buyers .
understand your point of view and I´m also not happy if the company would go out of business what I´m also saying in the video I see it more as a wake up call for Fisker to change something and also for new buyers to get a better view about the company may you should have a look about the rest of the videos I published here? Anyhow it´s an emotional topic I understand I´m also owner shareholder...

At least the software needs to be adjusted for sure
