If the crop is bigger can you add more oil in water into a sprayer to spray the corn.?

I saw spray bottles of mineral oil on Amazon. Do you think a spritz would be as good as drops from a syringe?

Best way to stop these worms is canola oil in top of the corn cob where the silk is just a few drops!!
