One winter driving I had a hard time getting up a slight incline covered with ice. My wife was freaking out and insulting me. Our young child was also in the car. I told her to be quiet or helpful. It actually worked.

It’s sad but true. It’s the same idea in any relationship where someone is gradually trying to disrespect you. If you are not kind but firm and “slap it down” way in the beginning it’s impossible to get the to stop later on.

I had a gf once and I moved into her place after knowing her 5 years. It was the last step toward marriage, or that is what I thought. Up to that point she was great. Within a month the sex dropped off so I talked to her. I told her if it did not improve, I would move out. Within a month I was gone! The lesson I learned is if I am not willing to walk away at a moments notice, she has me. My final conclusion about relationships is to maintain my own home and never let her move in.
Smart move. I'm in a near sexless marriage I am leaving soon and it went downhill almost immediately after we moved in together. Originally we lived an hour apart and would only see each other on weekends and bang nonstop. That was a really good arrangement but I messed up bad when I agreed to move in together. Never again.

I’m 28 and I’ve always serviced my own vehicles. When I was 18, I had a gf with me in my 04 Audi A8. Got a flat tire in Dallas, car didn’t have a jack or a lug nut wrench. Also had a security lug nut and of course I didn’t have the security lug nut key.
She kept telling me to call a tow truck while I stood outside and took an Allen key from a random place in the truck, used a ford flex jack and lug nut wrench to remove the security lug nut. Used a 08 VW Passat lug nut wrench and got the full size spare put on with less than an hour.

As I am listening to this, I am understanding that a lot of the self reflection from my previous relationships, helped me into implementing these practices in my new relationship now. I have been listening to Rich and some other guys of value on this app and it has definitely benefited my relationships but most importantly my life and how I carry myself as a man in his young 20s. Working towards my goals, keeping myself to a standard, and not taking shit from people who aren’t who I want to replicate as my future self. Great stuff Rich, gonna listen to the podcast 👍🏼

Hi Rich, I'm from Argentina and discovered your content one month ago. I've got so much better results since I got to your channel (already bought your book too). One mistake sometimes I do is that I find myself explaining some things about the game. Over time I learned that is not actually useful like you're saying on the video. This pasts months I got much better on this but sometimes I do it like in automatic, so is not really all the time, but there are times we're it backfires to me (like the girl kind of mocking me with the thing I said). I just want to know if this instantly will take the desire out from her or if there are ways to manage it orif is better to walk away. Men: If you don’t know a lot about cars or how to fix them, use UA-cam to try to figure it out. I’m okay with cars, I do my own maintenance and minor repairs, but for harder stuff, I use UA-cam to learn how to do it step by step. It takes me longer and I have some difficulty here or there, but I get it done. And in my experience, women will give you the same credit for fixing the car whether even if you use YT.

We qualify men to see if they are appropriate to date/marry etc, but it isn't via tests or humiliating them in public. I would never do that to my husband and he has never done it to me.
