It's all very well telling your average woman change your diet to plant based etc etc but they don't go into what that ACTUALLY means and what you're supposed to eat all week, what to buy, how to cook.... who is actually going to be doing this fermenting and change in the real world? 🤔 I have M.E and I'm lucky if I can grab a piece of toast I don't have the energy to be making special meals or cooking from scratch. I can't tolerate the supplements, vitamins or milk bio stuff anyway.
