I think Amir is the killer. Jewell (Death Row) was at the Vibe party and heard the shots ring out as she was in the parking garage getting to her car. While her and a friend were driving off she saw a Muslim guy in blue suit and bow tie (same description Gene Deal and Cease gave the cops) who walked by them saying Biggie just got shot.
