When this trailer first dropped I was so excited, however, soon as the village was shown burning I turned it off thinking that was already too much to see. Just saw the movie and came back out of curiosity and glad I didn’t finish this trailer till after because omg it shows so much

Do not watch this trailer if you haven't seen the movie already! I repeat, do not watch this trailer if you haven't seen the movie already! It simply shows far too much. This movie kicked ass but this trailer will dilute your experience!
It's like a 90s trailer where they showed the whole plot and assumed you'd just forget it by the time you saw the movie. Bc there wasn't an internet.

Well it has nothing to do with the last few movies
It is a sequel, but there has been a time jump of 300 years. I love the first three, but I am glad that this one can continue the series and universe, but it can also stand on its own as its own story. It looks amazing and it will be one of the precious few films I will venture to the theater for.

I am not getting one thing why were they shocked when she said her name is May ? Is it something I can't recall from the previous movie series or is there something new which is going to happen in this particular movie ? I will watch the movie today. So if second option is correct just let me know.
In the previous movies there was a virus that killed all the humans and the humans that survived lost the ability to speak and started acting primitive because of the virus they all carry started to mutate. That's why the apes are the only ones left.

This movie is a lot more in future wear the apes and the humans have died and this is the ones that will be who came after them who had wear born ĺater on in a different time period as we get closer to the planet of the apes from 1968 movie to the other movies that will get made
Yeah this is the new series that’s based off of more of the original planet of the apes series from the late 1960’s, 70’s, with Charleston Heston. The movies with Ceasar were to show how the whole thing got started with the planet becoming ruled by smart talking apes and what happened to most of the humans.

Not really!! It's a refresh of the trilogy and a legacy of the 3 other movies. After watching the movie, it was great! And I'm interested to watch more sequels of what will come when humans finally found the cure and reunited and apes grown stronger together that will face the humans soon, how would it happen and who'll be the one who topple the dominos. I think Noa will become a leader like Caeser to try to promote peace by cooperation and understanding. Y'all should accept the new story and enjoy if it's good, for me; it's good.

Well I’ve just watched the movie and I must admit I was really looking forward to it, it’s not good, poor story and characters, very boring with no suspense or intrigue, leaves the door open for another, but I would just leave it alone…..
👍 yeah, just got back .... Would add that the colours seem washed out in the filming (when it's not night time) it's only at the end when they are on the beach that the filming colours are adequate ( Daytime scenes).
It's like they used two different cameras and also used the dark scene = no need for real detail.
This felt like a low budget movie using all the cheap tricks available .... Along with a boring /Stupid storyline ....
