I have a quite thin, but not very soft, wool. It's for needle 4 and I'm using a 6 size but still, the result is very stiff. I need to crochet a baby blanket. Which one of your patterns do you recommend me, please?. Thank you. Sending love from Australia 🎈❤
I am soo happy to find you , I want. To know if you have crochet books so I can see the pictures all the time. i live in california I hope you can let me know .
That was the best trick ever; countless times, I wanted not to redo a 100+ chain, wasn't sure how to do it till I saw your video, Thank You, Thank You.
Same, I’m not doing this blanket because I’m a beginner but I found this trick so helpful for the headbands I’m currently crocheting! Sometimes the chain from the beginning seemed to fit perfectly around the head but once I crocheted the first line it’s suddenly a little too tight or something. To avoid it being too long or too short I can now just do a chain that’s a little too long and then during the first line try it around the head and stop whenever it fits. If there are some chain stitches left, just cut the chain like it’s shown in the video. Now there’s no more sitting in front of the chain for an eternity and thinking about if I should do another stitch or not because I don’t want it being too short but on the other hand I’m worried if it’s too big then :)
This is the BEST alpine stitch tutorial. The chain ones at the end keeps the edges straight and beautiful. I really appreciate you. You are an excellent crochet instructor. I will be making pillow cases with this stitch. Thank you soo much 🌷❤
Sirin is the truth folks!!! I would crochet any pattern she gave me!!! She’s such a great instructor- her vids are easy to follow & the results are beautiful. If you crochet & you haven’t subscribed as yet- do yourself a favor & subscribe you will not be sorry. ( oh & her cats are adorable too!)
Your teaching is so clear and easy to follow that there is no need to translate just by watching what you do it’s a simple as that. Thank you so much I love this stitch 💕
My daughter is having her baby in May. She asked me to please make her a blanket, but since she is very particular about what she likes, out of a few designs I showed her she loved yours. So I’ll be happy to do this beautiful blanket as soon as I can get my hands on am gorgeous yarn for my grandson/daughter 🌷💖🧶🌟🙏 thankful for your tutorials
Love your patterns. My grandmother tried for years to teach me how to crochet without succes but through your tutorials I have learnt and just love it. Thank you. I am making this blanket for my new granddaughter expected at the end of the year.
This is beautiful! I love the color variations in the yarn. It really showcases this beautiful work. It's obvious that English isn't your first language, so i really deeply appreciate your doing this in English. I am so grateful. 💝💞💗
Actually, I really like the scallop edging like you have it here. It looks like waves going in one direction. Beautiful blanket! Thanks for sharing your expertise!
It always amazes me, how whenever I follow your blanket tutorials, I always manage to get a nice straight edge 😊. This turned out beautiful 💖 Thankyou xxxx
Thank you (Sukraan), I have been holding 17 skeins of a beautiful yarn I got on sale a few years back waiting for just the right pattern and this is it. Because your presentation is so clear it will be easy for me to follow along with you. God bless you.
😳WHAaaat?...you scared me! 🤭 I've never seen that done before, where someone cut their beginning chain (I hadn't thought about whether it "made sense" that it wouldn't unravel!) . . .and you were just so cool about it!🤭 Thank you!
You’re English is wonderful! I really enjoy your instruction. You’re a little too fast for a very beginner, but thankfully I’ve gained a bit of experience and I found it easy enough to follow. The pattern is Beautiful-MashaAllah. Thank you for sharing your talent.
I had some off-white/beige yarn that I didn’t like so I dyed it with turmeric - this yarn looks like that! The blanket is really nice - I love alpine stitch!
Beautiful blanket. Thanks for the tutorial. Looking for ideas to knit and crochet for my first great grandchild! I can’t tell you how many times I have made a blanket longer than I meant to because I didn’t know I could cut the chain at the end. Great tip! 👍🏻
"Yep!"...I CAN see the shades, and it's really pretty! Not a lot of golden yarn that I've seen here (in the States) has that much DEPTH! 'Reminds me of the amber & golden wheat: )
So glad to see a new video from you.....I miss you when you aren't here often!!! Love this blanket....the yarn is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Hi. There. I do love this pattern. For practice I made a wee blanket for my little dog Babe and she just loves it and has to have it with her all the time. I found this easy. Now it is a baby blanket. I have kept all your patterns. You have kept me very busy since this hard time I can't go out as I am disabled and vonreable with this dreadful virus but you have been so helpful . I just thank you enough. By the way l love you cats. What are there name. I have 2 cats who will be getting blankets Penny and Lucy. Thank you so much. Take care and please stay safe. Margaret. For your beautiful cats. Hi sirins I did this pattern but I crochet a blanket for my mother in law I tried to send a picture of it to you on Instagram but I am not sure it worked but either way I think it's turned out lovely so Thank you for making this video easy to follow x
OMG, you can read minds :) I was looking for a nice alpine stitch tutorial for a blanket and then the notification for your video came up. It is beautiful, thank you.
I had a sweater made of gold yarn that was stunning. I always wanted to make one, but haven’t seen the yarn again. So many “ gold”yarns are really yellow. The blanket is beautiful.
I like your tutorial and appreciate your talent especially your showing us how to make things work out if you don't have enough stitches! I enjoyed the cricket! I also heard a bird call, but don't remember the name of it! It reminded me of my grandparents who lived in western Kansas in a very small town called Burdett! We would sit out on the front porch of an evening and hear those birds and crickets, too! A sweet memory! ❣️
That is so beautiful! It looks like it would be so complicated...but its not. Thank you for making this tutorial. I'm a new subscriber to your channel but I'm definitely going to watch more of your videos as I'm able. 💜
@@SirinsCrochet thank you for your lovely reply. I appreciate you taking the time to do so. Both Lucy and I send our love to you and your gorgeous kitties. ❤❤❤❤🐱🐾
