    here’s another tip that I just remembered: always check physical stores 2-3 weeks after the sale started! This is when people return some of the things they bought online, so when you go to the store, those pieces are usually even more discounted, I once found a $60 zara wool sweater for $13 bucks. You have to check the store very well because these pieces are usually hidden, or there are very few items because they’re ‘sold out’ on the website, but they’re available on the store because someone returned them.

      Helloo! 💗 I think it might just be genetics, but I still try to live a healthy life! I aim to eat healthy for the most part (chicken, fish, salmon), exercise around 4 times a week (cardio *mainly for stress*, ab workouts, stair master, lift some light weights and sometimes yoga once a week), I only strictly drink water, and the occasional matcha and almond milk. No coffee, energetic drinks or anything like that, the occasional cig&alcohol 4-5 times a year only. I try to sleep 8 hours every night to let my body reset, but that’s where I fail the most bcs I have severe sleeping problems 😩 (my guilty pleasure are yellow plain chips so I eat that a lot too, just 2 b transparent about balance lol)
