- Following my recent completion of FE6 I decided to make a little complilation of the six battles I recorded. This video contains the three Wyvern Generals, Zephiel, the semi-final boss and the final boss.
PS: If you're wondering why Narshen only had like 50% of his health left when the video started, all that had happened before the recording was Lilina hitting him with an Aircalibur. - Розваги

@@butteredsalmonellaGalle was originally a wyvern general and narcian took his place an then Galle was promoted to Wyvern General at the start of chapter 16.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how Yahn spend one thousand years preparing to fight, and went down in a single hit to a fifteen-year-old? RPG logic for the win.
And as a reward, her level up brings only one stat +1. Amazing

Me when I get critted by either 1% Crit Chance or get killed by a 37% Hit chance of the Brigand.
I missed with a 95% then got double hit by a 15% the rng in this game is bullshit

It's funny to see how the game's only lord depends on getting a shamelessly overpowered weapon - and doesn't even promote until the very last chapter, or in the previous one at best - to be somewhat relevant on the gameplay. He might be our boy, but man, he is the embodiment of uselessness
Mystral Gaming honestly, in every other title he's been in, he's been at least the bottom of the barrel, at most absolute trash. In Melee, Smash 4, and now Fire Emblem Heroes.
alexsepgon Honestly, the only thing really holding Roy back in Smash 4 is representation. If people used him more often in majors, I think we can get a Miracle like T did with Link. As for Heroes, while outclassed by many other sword users he still makes great use especially against Hector and can still hold his own against some strong reds. Roy certainly beats the likes of Seliph and Alfonse. This is coming from a guy who has Ryoma on the team.
Mystral Gaming I actually am doing a 'broken Roy' run, and he's actually not that bad if you main him. Most of my stats (before promoting) are 11 and above
I'm pretty sure that they're all talking about melee and Roy's horribly disjointed wet noodle hitbox.

Murdock - stated to be the wyvern general in FE7 by King Bern, appears as a general in FE6. Fucking logic.
He probably found the magic of a second seal somehow between the time lapse of the two games

Yes, losing to the Demon King is rare, but possible. Fire Dragon can't be killed in one hit, but can't kill you back.
You can use Filli's might on Athos, then crit with Luna and Dragon will go down.
rienfleche doesn't do increased damage to the fire dragon. neither do the other weapons you get in the chapter. sol katti does though.
I hope that this Fire Emblem game makes it's way to the Wii U Virtual Console in the West.

Roy, forever known as the guy who promoted WAAAAYY too late in the game.
Lilina on the other hand, can handle herself much better than Roy.
Srsly, I had Lilina Protecting roy for the majority of the game.
Hardly matters if you don't suck at the game. As soon as Roy promotes he becomes a one man army, you can easily beat all the chapters afterwards with him by himself.
But that's only 5 chapters I can play with "super roy" :(

@ChoYackzz you need to have the eight legendary weapons to go any further than chapter 22; to do that you need to go into all the gaiden chapters. there's a page on serenes forest about how to do it
the final boss is: the demon dragon.

Lilina is the best mage in the game.
Fennekin12 what about my boy Lugh? He starts earlier and has more consistently good stats. Lilina may be a nuke, but Lugh kicks more ass for longer
@@theithemetheyes1404 Two consecutive attacks isn't as great as a single nuke.
Salamence not it isn’t. Lilina can one-shot a lot but not everything, she would need to double bosses to kill for the most part, and Lugh hardly lacks magic most of the time. Lilina is also frail af and, if she gets speed-screwed (more likely than a magic-screwed Lugh) she WILL die if she gets doubled or even hit by multiple enemies. Lilina also can’t do shit in her joining chapter, especially in hard mode. Lugh isn’t great when he joins, but he can do well against the boss and get a little chip on ranged enemies through the wall near his recruitment village. Lilina just dies to anything with a weapon. Also, banana boi is best boi fight me
Lugh is the best mage in the game, but mostly only because Hugh is so annoying to obtain (high cost, and he doesn't come prepromoted with high weapon ranks as sad as it is). If Hugh joined for free, or if he came prepromoted with high ranks in Anima and Staff rank by default, he'd be easily the best mage in the game. Lilina is not even a contender with her terrible bases and growths. She's a major liability in hard mode.

There's a very well made translation patch around that translates very nearly everything.
You need to fulfil requirements to get into the Gaiden chapters, each of which have one legendary weapon. You can see the requirements at Serenes Forest. Take a look on Google for it.

You need to have two units stand on each of the squares in the top right and top left hand corners, then move Roy in front of Zephiel's door. Make sure he still has the Sword of Seals though.

He has a rare crit chance on characters with low luck. His sleep effect can easily be fixed with the Latrona staff, and keeping your healer out of your way. The dragon is harder to kill, excluding the luna set up, and the Demon King can be taken out in the first turn after he summons monsters.

@a7xmcr110 Fire Emblem: Fuuin no Tsurugi, it was never released in America so you won't find it in Gamespot. I'm using a Japanese ROM with an English patch applied in this vid.

how do you tell if roy's ranged sealed sword attack is a critical or not? besides looking at damage

best way to deal with Narcian imo is to finesse him of his shield and then archer him to death
@armadilloHD Neither are shown growing outside of being casual acquaintances with Hector during the main story. (He doesn't really seem interested in starting a relationship with either pegasus knight.) Adding to that, their only non-support interaction with Hector are both in the span chapter. Now his interactions with Lyn on the other hand, can be seen becoming more than just friends before the game ends. Hector even says "I love you" to Lyn.

Where'd you get your translation? Because boy, it swings a wide left from the one everyone else uses.
RealParadoxBlues well, this is from 2008, back when fan but not very good translations existed, also, the most recent translation patch was released not to long ago

I have an english patch, man zephiel's execcus was a damn awesome weapon.
You need to have ALL of the legendary weapons (Forblaze, Aureola, Durandal, Armads, Mirugre, Malte, Apocalypse) and the Sword of Seals intact (with at least one use) and have Fa alive.
FE5's Beldo is a strong contender.
Killing Narcian with Lilina is a Must

People be like "LOL you used Lilina you're bad!" But the game isn't so difficult that you can't use a few units who aren't the best the game has to offer. Even on HM you can use somewhat subpar units because HM bonuses on the units you will use are hilarious enough that you can bring a Lilina for fun and make her work
Sam Hassel there are so many OP units in this game, while the rest just suck, Rutger is broken as hell,
i didnt play lilina and had a max lvl roy that isnt that op and i think that my best unit was a hero dieck
Wait Lilina sucks? I mean i keep her as a back-end support troop, who wouldn't. i mean she has horrendous defense.
It also depends on what you use her for. Her ridiculous magic stat makes her the best staff user once promoted (even though she starts with an E weapon rank), and that combined with the fact that most enemy units have sub-par resistance makes her also a pretty good boss killer. Plus, killing dragons with a mere fire tome is quite amusing.
All in all, Lilina is tricky to use effectively, but it can be fun to play with her, and she's far from being 100% non-viable. She's no Sophia by any stretch of the imagination.
I don't know when this meme of "lol Lina sucks" became popular. Back when I played FE 6 which was around the time this video was made, she was actually quite a popular unit. And I really don't know why the consensus changed on that. She maxes magic really easily and can OTKO lots of units. Her dodge is pretty good, and if you give her an angelic robe her HP should be alright. Overall I think she is the best anima user in the game. I mean, who else are you going to use, Lugh? His magic sucks and his HP isn't very good either. Maybe Hugh is a decent alternative, but I don't know since I never used him.

For Roy using a Sword of Seal, in close combat a fire burst out of his sword indicates his critical attack. As for a ranged combat, he unleashed a flame out of his sword just like a close combat but slightly longer hold his sword upward before he attacks an enemy for critical damage.

@seamonster267 Rath and Lyn don't get any additional non-support scenes outside of when Lyn's visiting Araphen and when Rath is re-recruited. Neither of which greatly build upon a romantic relationship. Not even scenes that amount to the likes of the Respite in Battle conversation and the Don't Die conversation. Both of which, Lyn has with Hector. Other moments in Hector's story also hint at Hector X Lyn as well.
So from this video it looks like Lilina should've been the MC as opposed to Roy :p

Jesús Islas you got the bad ending. To get the good ending you have to have all legendary weapons (which means going to all Gaiden chapters), have Fae alive and kill Idoun with Roy
@@Neolabfg specifically the binding blade if k.o.ed with any other weapon even with Roy you still have the bad ending

Not like he's gonna use them all up in the last chapter, in fact i dare say that not using your legendary weapons when needed is a pitfall
