I got a 2024 SLR with paddle shift. Really don’t like the way it shifts. Pay more money for the auto shift but it shifts so slow. I had a Yamaha YXZ with paddle shift. It was great!! Thought my SLR was going to shift like that but no it doesn’t 😢.. regret buying it now 😢
Sorry you got the auto shift. I watched many utube videos on the auto shift and same common complaints like you described. The recently bought the 5 speed stick and I love it. One good thing, if you ever get into a traffic jam, you'll appreciate the auto.
