Helen’s Death in "I Know What You Did Last Summer" Makes NO Sense

- I could make an hour long video just praising Sarah Michelle Gellar, her acting, her wit, her longevity, her amazing physical acting skills, but I thought, hey, maybe a video talking about one of her characters would work just as well. "I Know What You Did Last Summer" is not my favourite movie, but it's an okay viewing experience. Out of the 3 "meta" horror films/movies of the late 90s, I think it's worse than "Scream", but better than "Urban Legend".

I think the rumour that Sarah was up for Julie and Jennifer for Helen might be false. Mostly because the book describes Helen as a blonde beauty queen, and Sarah fits that description perfectly.
Sarah's hair was darker blonde before this film, watch Buffy Season 1
Jennifer love Hewitt herself said she had option choice over which role she would have. She chose Julie over Helen.
Helen is my favourite character from the movie and I’m annoyed that she had to die. I read that apparently her character wasn’t supposed to die but because Sarah Michelle Geller (the actress who played Helen) was doing Buffy the vampire slayer as well, it conflicted with her schedule so they had no choice but to kill Helen off.
But yeah her death doesn’t make sense now that I’ve seen this video. The fisherman would have had to go all the way downstairs and unlock the store door. So there’s no way he could have gotten there so quick. Also it’s ridiculous that nobody from the parade saw him killing Helen or hearing her screams. IKWYDLS was a massive success at the box office but wasn’t well received by critics but I still like the movie. The sequel isn’t as good.
Hint here: Helen losing her shoes wasn't her choice. When the fisherman charges at her from underneath the plastic wrap, he knocks Helen right out of her shoes. Watch that scene again and look. She has her shoes he takes her down she's shoeless for the remainder of her life. Best Chase scene ever. Helen should've survived.

Buffy was the first white girl to run and fight for her life till the end. Buffy in the cop car kicked ass. She did this while she was Buffy. This Boosted Her career in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. This actually was before scream 2
Ok ,1 It's a movie sir, calm down. And 2. THE DOOR IN THE GARAGE WAS LOCKED FROM THE OUTSIDE WHERE ELSE WAS SHE SUPPOSED TO GO THE BASEMENT IN THE KITCHEN? Oh wait. She's locked inside the garage.
