- What do you think of Will Bunton? This dude is a Ball Player who just decided to try some dunks with us today, I've known him for about 4 years and he is easily one of the Highest Jumpers I've ever seen in my life.

The excess time after doing the between the legs into a smooth dunk with two hands was incredible to watch.

I'm waiting on that double east bay. I know he can pull it off. What I use to do was practice my dunks on lower rims first to get the movement down.
whats most incredible about his dunks, he doesn't feel the need to grab and try to jerk the rim off the backboard. Very graceful.

ThatBoyMo Mostly I am trying to lose some weight. Earlier this year when I was playing D2 football as a lineman I was 295 pounds and now I am around 245. I am mostly running hills, lifting weights hard, and incorporating plyometrics as well. Losing weight is more important than you'd think. I haven't lifted in like a month because of my crazy schedule but since I lost so much weight I've gotten more bouncy going from literally nothing, to touching rim on 1, to grabbing on 1, to now grabbing off 2!! I’m 6”1 do a lot of leg and core exercises. Mainly my work out consists of squats, crunches, pull up, hill sprints, etc... good thing to do is jump rope also. It’s a good work out and it’s good to get your ankles ready for the jump.
He needs to train grip, from first couple dunks looks like he has hands from stone, either small palms, ball bounces of them instead of softly grab.

this guy proves that hops isn't everything when it comes to dunking, he can fly but he lacks the skill and technique of other dunkers, he seems very rigid, still super impressive though he can jump high as fuck, that's awesome
