17:00 Employees usually work in trousers and a t-shirt ... well, we're certainly thankful for that, otherwise this video would be censored & probably not suitable for UA-cam. This video's footage is great & the storyline itself is enlightening, but the actual grammar used in some places is laughable =)
Sorry about that, I'm doing the best I can :) Sometimes I manage to mention interesting information and sometimes I try to make a little joke... but I don't always succeed :) Thanks a lot for your comment and I'll be glad if you stay in the community of this YT channel :) All are welcome
Something doesn’t add up. If they are completing around 20 cars per day and each car is in production for 6 months, then they would always have about 3500 cars in the factory at various stages of production. That’s impossible. I think it’s more likely that each car takes 6 weeks to build.
As a brit, i have always admired RR. But a battery operated car will be stupid. The name Rolls Royce to me is about engines and quality. Yet its goung to be a wind up toy once the battery is used instead of the V12.
They didn't want to to know. No that the cat is out of the bag. Don't tell Chrysler 😂 The clay tells you ahead of time how huge this metal beast will be. 5 tons and some
0:26 It looks like the body was formed by humans. No. Everything is formed digitally with a robot, down to a thousandth of a millimeter. A car body has to be 100% symmetrical, and humans can't do that. 😊❤❤❤
This man really said "if you're on a budget and looking for a luxury car Rolls Royce is the car for you". On a budget means getting a $4000 BMW from 2006, are you kidding me?!
Phantom for me. Red leather interior due to the rich flat matte red finish look & feel of the leather, makes other German, American red leather look cheap - too glossy. Don't forget to mention Lady Gaga as owner
I have worked here doing subcontracting. I am surprised by the access given to the documentary as you have to sign a disclaimer forbidding you from taking electronic devices into the factory areas. On the mezzanine walk way above the factory floor there is a large burr from a walnut tree. It has been cut into & lacquered. The patternation is mesmerising. Some of the combinations I saw between colour & upholstery finish are horrific. Which just goes to show, you can't buy taste.
Several times in the video, you point out that Goodwood of Sussex employs many women. Why would you want to point that out? You pointed out the many colors available for your cars but didn't have one person of color working in this video of 43 minutes and seventeen seconds. Oh My!
I own a Rolls Royce Invisible Dream. Yep have not seen it on the road, only in my dreams. I already am a chauffeur to my wife and kids. I can imagine if i bought a RR. They would havw me wearing a cap and gloves.
How could RR go EV ?! RR engineering excellence is what they are about, the best cars through out history have been about the Engine not the Electric motor.
sickening that such an iconic car manufacturer would quit making combustion engines in favor of unproven technology maybe you should just close your doors
Thanks for the interesting comment. I'm sure there are some people who don't like the look... you're probably one of them. Good for you, because all you need is a "cheaper" car and you'll like it more...
I bet if they made this over in Eastern/Northern parts of Europe, the number of Rolls Royces made yearly would be double. :)) Brits are horrendously unproductive and slow with their tea times and sick leaves and absolutely terrible at parts waste management. Katarzyna and Claudia look Polish to me. No wonder, the only good-looking ladies in the factory 😂😂
What an ugly brick, both figuratively and practically. And that ladies and gentlemen is an example of why having money doesn't assume you have good taste. Or Grey Poupon 😮
To me the starlight headliner really looks garrish. Some of the exterior colors are also that. It is good to see all the money of world cannot buy you good taste. And another thing, impressive as the manufacturing process is, robots work a lot more consistent than people. I'm not sure handmade does indeed mean better quality... But being critical is probably not a feature of this documentary. As always the spoken text is sometimes quite ridiculous... Oh, the first general production car with disc brakes was the Citroen DS in 1955, but there have been non production cars with disc brakes before that. Please get your facts correct!
I'm sure that Spitfire pilots were thankful that their Merlin engines weren't electric. EV Rolls Royce? What a travesty. Another legendary automaker commits suicide.
"If you buy a $320,000 umbrella, Rolls-Royce will add a Phantom for free." - this joke was made by the CEO of Rolls-Royce
It seems difficult with these video's to synchronize the commentary.
Commentary often does not relate to what the video shows.
Sorry for that, I tried to do my best... but it is pretty hard and takes me a lot of time... Thanks for the comment anyway.
I am sure I will buy the umbrelle😂for Christmas! Thank you very much for this video full of breathtaking details🎉
thank you for the video that you put up it was a very interesting as a Ford worker and an inspector much appreciated
COMPLETE MASTERPIECE 😊❤❤❤
È sorprendente quando il lusso progredisce ogni stronzata inutile diventa indispensabile
ONE OF A KIND 😊❤❤❤
One of a kind Turd
Its not really hand built, wheres the panel beaters? Its just bolt on parts that aren't damaged
The "bald employee" just taking shots hahahahaha
Finally someone who got the joke and laughed at it :D
I had to go back to make sure I heard that correctly. 😂
Вот бы в этой машине, с этой красивой блондинкой, в красных брюках.
Ottimo esempio di amministratore....ILLUMINATO
2:02 The rear should have a el Comino resemblance
8:52 - AI narration did it's best!
My name is Paul I'm looking forward to the time I buy my new Rolls royce I live in Australia Melbourne. Thank you.
I didn't realise Australia was in Melbourne. Thank you.
Perfect 👌
Beautiful quality. Better than my Mazda.

@@CarManufacturingyou're doing great 👍🏽👍🏽💯💯🤣🤣 no need to apologize 💯💯👍🏽👍🏽😄😄
"This bald Rolls Royce employee " ?.....😂😂😂😂😂
An educational video before buying a Rolls Royce. They are worth the money.
And value depricates fast.
It may be owned by BMW now, but the heritage and marque are British through and through. Hence they are only manufactured in England.
Mybe I gonna order one. Of course in my dream.
Hi. is there a wait-list for anyone wishing to purchase one?
This is BMW Phantom .
Not really RR
Exactly

I thought that but all the RR EV reviews have been really positive. Saying that if i hit the jackpot it would have to be the petrol version
Crafting a masterpiece like this car requires incredible complexity and meticulous attention to detail. 🚗✨ Truly a marvel of design and engineering!
They just need to justify the big money the car costs somehow 🤣🤣🤣
Why does the front and rear remind me of a Chrysler 300?
It's more likely to be the other war 'round ... that Rolls-Royce grill has been around a LOT longer than the Chrysler 300 =)
They didn't want to to know.
No that the cat is out of the bag. Don't tell Chrysler 😂
The clay tells you ahead of time how huge this metal beast will be. 5 tons and some
@8:50 bold employee got roasted ! LMAO why ?
0:26 It looks like the body was formed by humans. No. Everything is formed digitally with a robot, down to a thousandth of a millimeter. A car body has to be 100% symmetrical, and humans can't do that. 😊❤❤❤
How the v12 is made
Out of clay first 😂😂
8:54 Did the Narrator Just call than Man "BALD Rolls Royce Employee"?? WTF? Your going to give the poor man a Complex!!🤣
9min in "now this Bold employee" 😅
This man really said "if you're on a budget and looking for a luxury car Rolls Royce is the car for you".
On a budget means getting a $4000 BMW from 2006, are you kidding me?!
FANTASTISKE LUKSUS BILER🎈🎀🎈MED KUN DE BESTE MEDARBEIDERE. MÅ VÆRE EN DRØM Å FÅ JOBBE MED DISSE IKONISKE LUKSUS BILER🎈
28 million got the Boat Tail!
If Rolls Royce turn completely to EV it would be a suicide for that fine cars.
If it hasn't an RR engine, then it's lost 70% of the value.
@@kevinjohnson147It doesn’t have RR engines. It has German BMW engines.
@rw80 cool 👍 so long as it's an engine, not an electric motor.
prince of darkness. This car gave me a very strong impression when the car company appeared in the movie Peaky Blinders
Phantom for me. Red leather interior due to the rich flat matte red finish look & feel of the leather, makes other German, American red leather look cheap - too glossy. Don't forget to mention Lady Gaga as owner
Everyone understands if i say something is 'Rolls-Royce quality'. It's the best
Great UK ppl
Rolls Royce make diesel engines or not?
Is it safe to say that a R.R. is made to be a low to no service vehicle?
Not at all
Yall didn’t have to violate the bald guy assembling the door like that …
If indian clay artist received a chance to make roles they makei it in one day .😂
Hmmm... I have 2 on my table
It's longtime nobody do that like that we use ordi now

The bonnet orniment was, I heard, the wife of Mr. Rolls or Mr. Royce.
AIR PLANE INGINE INSIDE A NE GHOST RIDE.WITH GREAT TEAM SPIRIT 😊❤❤❤
When he listed the 'celebraties', he lost my next order.

هذا كله اعتبره نصب علي الناس وسحب أموالهم 😂 مع اول صدمه من 🚴 دراجة هوائية تكون قد خسرت أموالك 😂
I own a Rolls Royce Invisible Dream. Yep have not seen it on the road, only in my dreams. I already am a chauffeur to my wife and kids. I can imagine if i bought a RR. They would havw me wearing a cap and gloves.
Why do manufacturers always make a clay model ? I’ve seen Lexus do this also.
i knew a guy saved all his life to buy one and it was a fkn nightmare. brakes orangpeel paintwork door not closing water leakin in
Rolls Royce will always produce internal combustion engine cars
If you want to get rid of your fiat currency quickly, buy a Rolls-Royce.
Top secret? Not anymore!!!
Does anyone else wonder, Japan and Germany lost WWII yet RR is owned by BMW. Makes you think of the the lives lost, for what?
Daftest statement of the year so far.
MY MOMS BEST FRIEND WAS CLAUDIA, HER HUSBAND AND HER OWNED THE SHWINN BICYCLE SHOP IN FRIDLY😊
Royal car
How could RR go EV ?! RR engineering excellence is what they are about, the best cars through out history have been about the Engine not the Electric motor.
RR engineering excellence ..... through out history ....
That's why they use engines by BMW for so many years now.
They used to be great looking automobiles, not anymore.
sickening that such an iconic car manufacturer would quit making combustion engines in favor of unproven technology maybe you should just close your doors
Sigue siendo la copia de un camión kenworth
That’s the tragic part for me ! ROLLS ROYCE owned by BMW ! 😤should never have happened ?
Why do they feel the need to tell us the percentage of women working there 😡😡
sorry poor people.. 💸
only electric RR ? terrible !
8:53 Bald assembly worker , really ? Good job bald guy..
I wonder how much tax each owner has paid to their respective tax authorities by the time to get to buy a Rolls?
Nooooo ROLLS ROYCE milk float 😱🤬😤
Wheres that blond on the picture ? If thats clickbait i will never buy another RR car again
A huge V12 engine will not get you through a traffic jam any faster than someone driving a MINI 😁
Its a pity BMW bought them over. That really cheapened the Rolls name for me.
There is No need to have a push for "All Electric" with Rolls Royce. It'll ruin it for me. Plus,it's worse for the environment.
Truly awful looking monstrosities.
That is one ugly vehicle!
Thanks for the interesting comment. I'm sure there are some people who don't like the look... you're probably one of them. Good for you, because all you need is a "cheaper" car and you'll like it more...
Its external shape is not nice at all I don't know why all this exaggeration in price 4:03

Awful really,RR was British once,They’ve sold everything off we were famous for,We don’t own these marques we just make them.
Just leave EV’s where they belong - on a closed circuit at a Carnival - just saying😳😳😳
All electric after 2030, well there's a disaster in the making. Goodbye RR
Bentley doing the same thing for half the price 😂
Both lack character of the older cars
What an ass backwards way to design a car.
@5:29 "if you're on a budget and looking for the best....."
Since when is Rolls Royce a "budget" automaker ?
You can get 1 second Martinizing if you want it
Nice front ugly back for 300k ?👈😂😂😅🤣
The Rolls I own is a Dinky toy
What an ugly brick, both figuratively and practically. And that ladies and gentlemen is an example of why having money doesn't assume you have good taste. Or Grey Poupon 😮
So sad.....
No car is worth 28 million.
Get a Life, all of you.
The engines are junk
How do know , do you own one ???
To me the starlight headliner really looks garrish. Some of the exterior colors are also that. It is good to see all the money of world cannot buy you good taste. Extremely redundant. Frustratingly so....
