Not gonna lie, I adore the choice of music from "The Wrong Trousers" to show far Bear has fallen among the engines and how close Dudley is in succeeding in his plans
The landslide looked pretty good! Out of all the adaptations of this story, I think yours turned out the best. I also love the still shots of Dudley at the end. It really does make the audience start to root against him as he starts to be painted as an evil character. Very excited to see the finale!
Each adaptation just gets better and better! I love the background details in this such as the "Don't move" sign on Gordon, that makes things even better! Also, that ending of just music as Dudleys smirking was great too
Man I love the inclusion of the Unstoppable score when 777 was forced the lashup out fi its way and derailed em. Clever choice of music. Plus Unstoppable is one of the best movies that gives railroads a good impression.
Let's take a moment to appreciate (or quake in fear of) Dudley's face at the end of said piece of music as the screen fades to black. I was honestly expecting Dudley to lunge out of the screen in one of those terrifying "The Fourth Wall Cannot Protect You" moments. **shudders uncomfortably** I don't know why, but that face gives me the creeps.
Wow. Out of all the adaptations in this entry of this Fanmade RWS story, this is one of the best. I like the effects used here. Especially for the landslide part. It's perfect. And the end shot with Dudley. Is very evil to see. But still interesting. I just wanna take see this engine gets what he deserves. Which will happen in the last story of this. Imagine though that there's still stories revolving around his time on Sodor. As mentioned in the Author's notes, what if he did something terrible to Oliver for being one of the Lucky steam engines to escape from scrap or something. Anyways a fantastic entry here. Can't wait to see how you handle the last story, Lifting the Curtain, here.
A nice way to celebrate my Auntie Nora's birthday. 🎂🎁🎉 The edit of Bear trying to force a yes smile looked very good and the sunrise and gray cloudy skyboxes are very great. 😊👍 I knew the that soundtrack when Dudley charged past the landslide was from "Unstoppable".
I think some of the music is from Wallace and Gromit and I do know that in the scene where Dudley speeds past the earth landslide the music that plays is from Unstoppable which I absolutely love. I want to see if somebody can do a RWS story or UA-camr adaption that has a runaway rescue sequence and they can add the soundtrack from Unstoppable to make it more fun thrilling. 😊

Given what we’ve seen of Dudley so far, I dare say that he’s probably more evil than Alfred.
@@maxm2317Well Dudley didn’t kill any of the other engines-so I say Alfred’s worse.

I guess we'll see as time goes on.
@@maxm2317 I mean the Dudley saga is finished…

For now, anyway. We have no way of knowing whether or not The Buried Truck will do more stories featuring him.

Glad to see the theme of Gromit leaving in the rain finally used in Thomas fan-projects!
Indeed

Why they gotta do diesels like this, especially poor Bear. It’s just not fair.
The dangers of being prejudice, whether you’re steam or diesel, a vicious cycle.
Poor Bear.
Oof.. Nice episode overall!
