What am I building? Today, 25 million Indians prepare for government job entrance exams. They do it for years together. The probability of success is less than 1% but they still do it. Why? For the lack of a structured alternative to launch their white-collar career. I am building Invact to bridge this gap.
How? Follow me to know, it's a long story. I am telling it in parts every day.
Started with 3.5 lpa in Chennai, could save money, got a tattoo done, did my first international trip, and had so much to enjoy. If you want 3-5 lpa is a good money to start with.

Don't just be influenced by catchy, unreal (exceptions ) thumbnails, who don't tell you the complete story. But see the real world.

You are right, but when you see your college mates earning double than you even though you were more capable, had more skills and worked much harder, then it really hurts a lot.

All the big tech companies have laid off their employees at the age where you need to look after your parents and loved ones you are searching for a job. You crack the elite govt exam with pay level 10 u have enough money with respect in society and the feeling of directly contributing to society is immense and cannot be compared with any corporate job...no job good or bad its the perspective.

Disagree, peope working in Tcs, wipro are not living in banglore or hyd, instead they are just surviving. If a person wants to rent a pg( double sharing) with lil decent food, he would have to pay between 15-20k monthly( forget about single sharing, itne me to unka pura salary chale jayenga). The one which you are talking about are thoae ppl who are living in a room with 4-5 occupancy that too with stangers, bolna easy hai to reh lo. Khud reh ke dekho to pata chalega, personal space ki kya keemat chukani padti hai.
The hidden interntion of thia video is to hire cheap labour for your own company. So guys stay aware , work hard and try to secure a job of atleast 8-10 lpa if u want to live a lil decent life. Cuz this range is bare minimum in IT industry, and if ur getting paid less than this, than ur employer is exploiting you.

Even college fees are 15-17 lakhs in IITs and in other Govt/Private colleges so 3 LPA is way less what one should aim at least for 25-30 LPA you might land upon 15-20 LPA don't compromise your compensation or ever underestimate your hard work, if you have really worked that hard for high pay go and look out for high salaries...

@@tanaypratap No, personal experience. Most tier 2, 3 city companies have quite toxic cultures.Tier 1 cities most companies give 5 lpa for interns and 6 above for juniors. Unless there's an absolute emergency, it's better to keep looking and enhancing your skills.

Summary
- There is a lot of hype about amazing starting salaries through UA-cam. About remote jobs and MAANG offers.
- As good as something like that might feel, its something that is not widely available or possible in today’s market
- People are worried about living costs and how having a low salary will ruin their life. The truth is that a lot of people in Bangalore living a decent life are IT engineers.
- These engineers earn around 3-4 Lakh per annum and live in decent flats , go out on weekends and go on trips with this same salary. This is what the data suggests.
- There will be small differences like if you went to a movie theatre then you would buy popcorn if you had a high salary instead of someone who doesn’t have one.
- By ending up with a **3 Lakh salary** you would be part of the 10% of the population which earns more than **25K** in India.
- The important thing is not money but what job you are doing. You should choose a job that is favorable to your career in the long term.
- Doing a job that has no real demand and depth to it then you will never get salary hikes or promotions.
- About ROI, **return of investment**, Tanay says that back in the day when he was in Manipal MIT, he had a loan of 10 Lakh which he payed off within 3-4 years as his salary increased after his first job. So you don’t need some huge salary that will pay off your debt in the first year itself. Normally its done through EMIs.
- If you are ready to work for the next 10 years then getting to 1 Crore won’t be an impossible task. He asks us to be part of the long game and work hard on a long term basis rather than some short term burst of hard work that will get you a big salary in the beginning
