Years ago at a hospital I worked we had a nearly 700 lb female. She was a there often when her family got tired of her crap. When she would soil herself it took 6 to 8 people to clean her. On morning I had enough. It was her bath time I suggested she wash her face, arms and breasts. She played victim and should could not do it. I responed, well I have watched you use a laptop and feed yourself so we know your arms work. The only way you are getting cleaned from breast up is yourself. She tossed items away from her while calling me vile things. Stop helping them to be victims. End of the day, it became a rule, any area of her body within arm reach she had to wash. Her family would bring a family size of fried chicken and sides, cause she would cry she was starving. What these folks eat a day could feed a small village in a 3rd world country. So here is an option stoping raming all the food on earth in your mouth. Put a 13x9 cake on the stretcher and her big self will be there. Earth has limited resources, let us find the best way to feed folks. Hint her big Ass is not high on the list. Reallly you are mad it had to happen this way????? Stop eating like a gready cow. The audacity. There are tons of ppl (me included) that doesn't have parents or family. This lady has someone that cares. It's sad for her to put others through bullshit to get her to accept help.
.
This has to be one of the saddest cases on this show I’ve seen.. I really hope Sandy knows how amazing of a friend she is
She doesn't she blames that woman for everything the whole show... just a shame.
Ya gotta figure that people like Sandy, as loving and caring as she is, must have her own set of needs and a type of co-dependency going on here. Some deeper need to be constantly disappointed or let down or not respected, ya know?
@@govindagovindaji4662 yeah she seems like a good person she just needs some therapy
The whole new season (season 10) is just people that have excuses and play victim, I don’t think they want help at this point. I remember when the people actually wanted the help to lose the weight.
She called ppl who tryin to help her disrespectful and annoying. She is impossible 🤡🤡🤡
I understand that these people are dealing with food addiction, etc. but I just don’t have patience for the selfish ungrateful behavior. I would’ve given up a long time ago. If you can’t take your life seriously how in the world do you expect anyone else to?
Exactly! The biggest problem here is that people waste too much time on these ungrateful trollops. The sooner they're left to fend for themselves the better.
@Trinity M Absolute and utter nonsense. She's being fed like a prize cow. It's the people around these gluttons doing more harm the good.
@Trinity M lol I don’t remember saying I was going to. My comment was basically me saying that I wouldn’t work with them.
@Trinity M what addiction? It's not hard to put food down. What they got is an addiction to attention. Look at the way she was sitting there smiling.
@Trinity M There's a difference eminent enabling for food addiction--no one is doing something illegal
What's disgusting and rude is her sitting there grooming herself and making everyone wait on her and for her. people need to start backing off and letting her take some responsibility for her actions. The entitlement is sickening.
Ngl I was pretty appaled when they zoomed in on her brushing her 7 hairs

Me too, it’s misleading

Yeah, ridiculous.
The title is quite misleading
The paramedic was incredibly patient, and her friend is a true friend. I haven't seen the episode, but I hope Cindy lost weight and got off the oxygen tank.
Between her and Tammy Slaton, I don't know who has the greater sense of entitlement and manipulation. Making paramedics wait for 3 whole hours! Seriously????

@@cortneyrens omg she was so horrible, made me soooo angry.
@@cortneyrens we need to realize that some like this lady are terrible but some like Tammy have just gone through a lifetime of trauma and healing is NOT pretty. Sometimes it just takes time and there's only few in this world willing to help like that. Tammy's down 150 now. Because of those who stuck around. Ik she'll keep getting better mentally too. :(
The lady over weight is a controlling bully. Let her go people she wants to be this way. Self destruction
That's addict behavior. Their drug of choice takes over their mind...hers is food. She can't be helped until she wants it. An addict's family and friends, people who love her, just don't want to give up on her. Love is a powerful thing.
@@King_Barney Just like the Slaton fam. Tammy treats them all like crap. I couldn't have the patience to be abused all the time, fam or not.

I wonder if she’d just lie there and die if ppl stopped feeding her and taking care of her.
"Some people" need to be booted out and left to their own devices. They're destroying their caregivers. Had a spouse like that.

You have way more patience than I do. Making those ambulance guys wait? I was an EMT and the minute she wanted a shower, we woulda been outta there. If the cameras weren't there, thats exactly what woulda happened.
They are probably medical transport, not emergency response.
@@SharonVeeLee that's probably true, but still. There are plenty of people who need to be transported. I hope they got paid overtime.
I believe Dr. Now contracts his long-hauls.
@Mon, I'm an advanced EMT, you're absolutely right! Not only that, the private ambulance company would've been blowing up their phones asking why TF they weren't on the road yet. NO ambulance, private or 911 is going to wait around for someone to shower, do their hair, manipulate, etc... Even though they're not doing 911 calls, there's still discharges, wait and returns and dialysis runs. This was a huge waste if time and resources. Lol they also sent the skinniest crew to pick her up.l, they did a great job though.

What doesn't make sense is if they let her stay as she is, then they will be out of a job when she dies!
The sad truth is probably that they know who and how she is. Does that make it okay? No. But sad reality is the misery loves company and people in the caretaker and patient relationships are often unhealthily attached due to socioeconomic status. I hope her the best.

I noticed this with Tammy Slaton as well so I’m wondering…is hair loss/ hair thinning a thing that can be caused by extreme morbid obesity?
Yes, once you reach a certain weight, your body starts to have inflammatory reactions to the fat. The deposits of fat near stomach and lower abdomen affect the endocrine system.
