Here’s a joke for you; I have a friend who’s from Trinidad her hubby is Guyanese . when I saw you peeling the bananas i burst out laughing. I called her one day and she was cooking, I asked what was on the menu and what I heard was sauce with green figs and aloo. I had no idea she meant souse - made with pig, cow and chicken feet. Green figs are green banana and aloo is potatoes 😂😂😂
