My neighbor in Gambia ( 34 yrs gone but will never forget her generosity) is /was Christian & made the best Cow Foot with Fufu so much so that it became a code name for come eat & have a beer ( cold brew & locally made brews on Sundays after they are back from Church ) because I was raised Muslim but that fell of me early on to today.

She would put it on Early on wood fire. Gosh it took LONG to cook ! However, i do love it now . I didn't know Cow's Milk can go in pot with Bananas 😅 thanks. IT looks DELICIOUS . You grew your Thyme indoors please? Ambin Canada. Lovely apple's there and flowers 😂praise God 👏another thing when cooking food in Jamaica back then as children, t's not complete without Dumplings 😂
