These are for different levels. And you should start being more confident! Just try it. You will not lose anything . But you can learn a lot and have some fun on the way. It is just a new skill... it will take some time and before you will know it you will be addicted :) ❤❤❤
Thank you for your commetn!. Yes, they are quite versatile. For the last one, some markings are very helpfull to make sure one get the full design, but it is always very effective. ❤❤❤
These designs are all beautiful but I would like to see how you use them on a variety of quilt blocks, such as log cabin, 4 patch, 9 patch, star patterns, etc. These are good for borders however.
Thank you for your feedback. That was the idea: borders and strip units. And I have videos on log cabins and different blocks. Please check my list: Block quilting on my channel ❤❤❤
Another great tutorial. I really enjoy these and have successfully used some of these techniques in my own free motion quilting. Thank you again for making and posting these videos.
It means she didn't go back to the top using the spine to travel up and start the second side at the top. She went down the first side and then back up
Judy already answered it. Traveling means using the previously quilted line to go back to a certain point. I like it, becasue the lines look thicker, but for some it can be difficult as one should have a very good movement control. ❤❤❤
Hi, This is a good question but there is no short answer. There are designs for stripes. Can be sashing, or stripe units. Most of them will work in borders - and go around a corner. I can come up with four different strategies, but not all will work for each different design. Please be patient. I will finish this series first and then try to make another video on turning the corners with some of the designs. ❤❤❤
Love these videos. Quilting on actual projects with designs we can learn.❤️
I am also glad if I can combine my actual projects with YT videos. 2in1 deal. But the colors and fabrics must be suitable. ❤❤❤
You inspired me to try the fantasy (molar tooth) feather pattern from last video. Loving the results.
That is fantastic!!!! YEY🎉🎊. Thank you for letting me know. It makes my day when I hear I could help in some manner!. Hugs ❤❤❤

Thank you Gosia... I love this, simple, so effective and manageable for the not-so-confident like me ,:)

@@quiltingnerd you are so right ❤️ thank you for encouraging me
All of the designs would work in a variety of areas of any quilt pattern. But I particularly love the elegance of the last one.

What do you mean by “no traveling” on the orange section.
It means she didn't go back to the top using the spine to travel up and start the second side at the top. She went down the first side and then back up
