Can’t wait to try this
Thank you I have been having that problem. 🙂
Does mod podge work with mylar stencils
What MODGE Podge bottle do you use? There’s so many different types?
I tried this last night using mod Podge on a painted rough wood surface, but used a makeup sponge like seen in another video. I took the stencil off just before it was dry and the paint stuck to the stencil/peeled up from the wood in places and there was still bleeds! What am I doing wrong? I can't afford a cricut machine and I'd really like to get this down! I'm getting a round dobber sponge today to see if that'll help. Any other advice please? I'm SUPER new to crafting and unfortunately I'm a perfectionist!
What does not having a cricut machine have to do with paint bleeding?
@@iolite2 i think she is thinking a cricut would be easier if she cant perfect preventing bleeding.
If there is a layer of MP on whatever you’re painting, how will the paint get onto the surface? Won’t you technically be painting over a layer of MP?
Exactly. This seems like awful advice
Which MOD PODGE do you use for this?
Just the standard mod podge works
GREAT VIDEO THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟 DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS
Does not work for me. My stencil is vinyl, not sticky and very ornate (eagle head with lots of design) I’ve tried and tried. Used very little, used more, let it completely dry but the paint bleeds horribly under and mod podge is left on the wood.
Frustrating!!
I just ruined my project doing this. When I peel off the stencil the mod podge is peeling off with the stencil.
YOu want to do it when the paint is a little wet
