Their music was so complex it could have easily fell into chaos.... but their genius, unreal. Bonham got in with the guitar player (Jimmy Page). LIVE. No computers, auto tune, tricks.
You should check out "ln My Time of Dying" live at Earl's Court,1975... inspired by the Mississippi Delta Blues....some of Jimmy Page's awesome slide guitar work!
Your face says it all. Jimmy Page is a phenominal guitarist. There was nothing like Zep when they burst into our lives. Everyone in the band is truly amazing. I was a major fan in the 70s and still get goosebumps hearing them. Led Zeppelin 3 is my fav album. They are all mind blowing.
Two great Zeppelin songs performed live in 75 that I highly recommend are 'Bron-Y-Aur Stomp' live at Earls Court in 1975 and "That's The Way" live at Earls Court in London on May 25, 1975. Both acoustic songs but great none the less.
Saw them twice in concert in the 70s. Nothing quite like it. The can play acoustic songs as well as is evident by "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You", "The Rain Song", "Going to California", etc.
I second the lady, Lisa Burrows elsewhere on this page- "ln My Time of Dying" live at Earl's Court,1975. It is DEEP Blues , Delta bottle- neck slide variety that Jimmy kills... an update of "Jesus Make Up My Dying Bed" by Blind Willie Johnson in 1927. Peace from Canada, King- be safe.
I was lucky enough to see them in 77 and the prices of the tickets were crazy the most expensive one was $9.50! It was great they played close to 3 hours wonderful memories!
As a guy that was at a couple of Led Zeppelin concerts I gotta tell ya I love to see you feel Led Zeppelin man soo cool I'm holding a ticket stub from Madison Square Garden 1977 for $9.50 their last few concerts mezzanine 4 rows from the stage Rock on Man
I’m glad we have these amazing videos to watch, I’ve loved them for about 50 years, sadly didn’t see them in concert thought. I went to see their concert movie, decades ago when it came out. Watch it if you haven’t, it’s amazing.
I wasn't at this concert, but I was blessed enough to see them 6 times. If you like blues, try some Stevie Ray Vaughan "Life Without You" live from the Capitol Theatre, then the nursery ryhme "Mary Had A Little Lamb" live from Austin. Jaw dropping performances.
@@IMKingSupreme good day. Party coach from Toronto to Detroit. Music Man Tours. Drinks and hash on route. Music blasting. Bus was totally decked out for music. Then concert of maybe 70 /80 thousand. Back on the bus home. Different concert. Same tour I believe. But very exciting. Long time ago. Lol
It's strange to think that the album version of this song is quite different. It's structurally the same, but has a slow English blues despondency and melancholia that perhaps comes of living on an island where rain is more common than sun - and the guitar solo sounds like an eruption of despair! On the road, at Madison Square Gardens, on the third tour of America in 1973, it turns into a soul monster with a blistering performance from Jimmy.
Yes ! Glad to see you discovering the mighty Led Zeppelin ! Hope you check out the rest of this concert. I highly recommend just buying the the whole DVD. This came out in 1976 as a concert documentary movie in theaters. It was the first movie to feature 16 track sound. Strongly urge you to review the entire 26 minutes of Dazed and Confused from this concert.... Also the song Whole Lotta Love from this concert. Hey : Have you ever heard of a group called Rush !!?? Wanted to recommend the song Spirit of Radio from the Maple Leaf Gardens concert 1984 . Hope you check them out .
Idk if you like watching live only , or studio but I feel a mix is appropriate. But of course if the song applies, you can do both. My recommendation s are ; Baby, Come on home ( audio only) Dazed & Confused Ten years Gone Whole Lotta Love
Here we go - bro you should really be experiencing this for 1st time with friend and on insane equipment. You are listening to epic shit for 1st time and a joy is always better shared and in this case played loud as shit!
YOU’RE NOT GETTING THE FULL EXPERIENCE OF WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN. CHECK OUT "UA-cam" "LED ZEPPELIN: THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME (KONZERT 1973)-KOMPLETT! (2:11:19)hrs." THIS IS A MOVIE OF THE ENTIRE CONCERT OF THAT EVENING!!!. THE BAND STARTS PLAYING THE FIRST COUPLE OF SONGS AND YOU THINK..."YEA, THAT'S OK ROCK AND ROLL". BUT WHEN THEY GET WARMED UP AND START TO PLAY "SINCE I'VE BEEN LOVING YOU". HOW DO I PUT THIS?. YOU REMEMBER THE MOVIE "THE MATRIX" THAT SCENE, WHEN NEO IS GETTING HIS FIRST TRAINING ON THE MATRIX. THE TECHNICIAN SAYS, "YOU MIGHT WANT TO BUCKLE UP DOROTHY, CAUSE KANSAS ….IS GOING BYE BYE". “I’M NOT KIDDING”. ENJOY.
This would be the perfect video except for the two long parts of staring at JPJ's bad wig during a epic Page solo. :( What in the world was the camera man thinking?
Fun (or not) fact is that hardly any black people dug them, too noisy., Bit when you hear the mastering of the blues like that, who cares about skin colors...
69 years old, and still listening to the GOATS! 😎
Me too. 70 in July!

Yes!!
Cannot recommend this strongly enough!!! OH YES!
I recommend the studio version first...
they are considered one of the best blues bands that has ever existed
Blues? I can see what you mean but id say they are more hard rock
They were more than blues and rock. They could turn their hand to anything and be the best at it
@@cunatake7828 both.
This is exactly how everyone should react to Led Zeppelin at their peak.
Isn't this magnificent. The Song Remains The Same/The Rain Song from this concert!!
Gotta always mention it’s part of the movie so they understand they scenes
This is the stuff we listened to in high school...this shit gave me the courage to live life on my terms...
This is lightning in a bottle. Nobody, and I mean nobody can touch this band. Kudos to you for recognizing true giants of Rock!
Crazy how good they were.
May as well be on another 🪐

A testament to what raw talent, quality assorted drugs and assistance from unseen forces can create....
Cheers!

Great, genuine reaction to the greatest band of all time
I was lucky enough to see them in 77 and the prices of the tickets were crazy the most expensive one was $9.50! It was great they played close to 3 hours wonderful memories!

Rock on Man
Love the GOAT! React to more Zepp!
Saw them in 1977. And 4 times as Page and Plant.
Saw Jimmy with The Firm and several times Robert Plant solo.
I’m glad we have these amazing videos to watch, I’ve loved them for about 50 years, sadly didn’t see them in concert thought. I went to see their concert movie, decades ago when it came out. Watch it if you haven’t, it’s amazing.
Jimmy studied all the great early black guitar players to develop his own unique sound!
Pure magic live!
Trampled Under Foot, Jimmy is awesome as always! Thx for your reactions!
You just don’t know how happy it makes us that you are discovering this music. Almost as happy as when we first heard it all those many years ago…
Great reaction to the best band ever!
I got to see this tour twice. The Song Remains the Same. In Chicago!
Don't have to imagine. I did.
Really?? How did it feel to get to experience that

The GOATs, brother! Great Reaction!
Good honest appreciation. When the Levee breaks would be a good follow-up!

It was their 9th American tour
Brilliant job with the guitar and vocals dancing with each other. Plant and Page always did that flawlessly.
A little blues Zeppelin style 😎

I love your reaction
Check out In My Time of Dying live at Earl's Court. Supernatural guitar performance!
YOU NEED TO REACT TO LED ZEPPELIN - KASHMIR STUDIO VERSION FIRST
Idk if you like watching live only , or studio but I feel a mix is appropriate. But of course if the song applies, you can do both.
My recommendation s are ;
Baby, Come on home ( audio only)
Dazed & Confused
Ten years Gone
Whole Lotta Love
Led Zeppelin - Kashmiri - Live from Celebration Day (Official Video)" and "Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb (Audio Version)"
I WAS in that crowd. 😁👍❤
Here we go - bro you should really be experiencing this for 1st time with friend and on insane equipment. You are listening to epic shit for 1st time and a joy is always better shared and in this case played loud as shit!
Wearing the groupies shirt 👚 legend 🙌🏻
4 Rock Stars man, every song, every time! I request “In My Time Of Dying”, live at Earls Court 1975!👍
Love your vid's man, keep doing the led
4 rock stars. Bonham is best drummer ever (and I love Neil RIP), but JPJ made all this happen. Don't forget that!
best band ever, heres 1 reason why
Good vid :). Might I recommend Led Zeppelin The Immigrant Song Live. Thanks.
You were a whole mood when you started getting groovy with it, love your reactions as always. I would love to see you react to Ateez sometime!!

Black Dog Zepplin live at Madison Square Garden
if all live bands were to be judged by this performance they are going to come up short. Because this is not going to be topped by any band
you gotta check out stevie ray vaughan
This would be the perfect video except for the two long parts of staring at JPJ's bad wig during a epic Page solo. :( What in the world was the camera man thinking?
That Gal in the hoodie thing with the big smile is for sure hot.
Grest Song
React to Maléna - Qami Qami
This song was better on How The West Was Won, their live album from two California shows
7:41 The moment she decided that she was gonna trade in this boyfriend for someone better. lol
