Today's recipe is Spicy Chili Garlic Noodles Recipe | Chili Garlic Maggi Recipe
Ingredients
Boiling water 2 cup
Maggi 1 pack
Boil for 2 mins
Strain
Wash with cold water
Keep aside
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Hot chili sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Mix well
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Cook for 1 min
Prepared sauce
Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes to taste
Cook for 2 mins
Boiled maggi
Mix well
Parsley
Sesame seeds

Instead of maggi, use mr noodles. That's what i use for making ramen and it tastes super delicious

The chilli sauces ? Those are literally chopped/grounded chilli peppers ? Different brands has different level of spiciness, if you need more challenge; garnish with bird eyes chillis on the side perhaps..
