Have you watched the Fishsticks episode? I think they say it pretty well in that episode (I might be paraphrasing a little): "Some people's ego is so out of whack that it will do anything to protect itself. These people will do these mental gymnastics to convince themselves they're awesome when, really, they're douchebags".
I've read that the only fist fight Matt and Trey have ever allowed Cartman to win is in season 11, episode 1 "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" when he fought little person Dr David Nelson.
@@christopherb501 After Cartman won the fight by forcing Dr. Nelson to say "Uncle" and to say "YOU win," Cartman started walking away in triumph. Then Nelson disgraced himself by hitting Cartman with a cheap shot from behind after the fight was over, and even then, Cartman just laughed at Nelson.
I love how principal Victoria lets Wendy know that she will still have to deal with the consequences of fighting. Cancer is not an easy battle by any means. Sometimes fighting it will leave you with nothing but it’s not about winning or losing it’s about the fight.
Was having a rough day, and this made me smile so wide. Love this episode for all it's queen energy and love you for just being so genuine. Hope the remainder of your weekend is wonderful!
This episode is in my Top 5 South Park episodes of all time because it displays exactly what Cartman deserves and how far Cartman will go to avoid the inevitable. It’s absolutely brilliant.
And if we did, it wasn’t a smart phone yet. I remember I had a Samsung flip phone at that time. Other kids had flip phones or the flat Nokia style screen + buttons Closest thing we’d have to smart tech was the iPod, iPod Shuffle/Nano, or an iPod Touch. Wasn’t until 2009/2010 when I started seeing kids with Samsungs and iPhones
I'm not going to go into every fight I've been in, but I did get into an interesting fight with a big drunken guy who was roughing up a smaller guy at a bar. It was an Irish-American bar, and I was there just to listen to a couple of local folk singers I really liked, and I was the only person of color there, and I'm disabled with a gimpy leg from Vietnam, so I should have just minded my own business. Unfortunately, I was young and stupid, so I thought I had to step in to help the smaller guy (who BTW was still taller than I am). I broke the big guy's hold on the smaller guy and pushed him back. The big guy stumbled, regained his balance, then lumbered forward at me with a big roundhouse swing. I got inside the swing and blocked it, hooked his leg to take him down with a judo throw, dropped a knee into his stomach as he landed on his back, rolled him over, and pinned him to the floor in an arm bar until he calmed down. Then I helped him over to a seat (honestly can't remember if it was a chair or a barstool). People gathered around - some to apologize to me but most to console or chide him, and somebody asked him "Why do have to start fights like this?" (apparently it wasn't the first time), and he said "I can't help it. I'm Irish." Anyway, from then on, I avoid going to bars because that fight just went too perfectly, and I don't want to tempt fate.
@@renx81 Oh, no, Cartman is definitely psychotic. The scene when Cartman was trolling Wendy and answered Garrison "I'm merely engaging Wendy in constructive debate on the topic she presented" is so 'night and day' from his trolling... It definitely presents an unrealistic character.
Wendy's parents wouldn't have let her get away with recording, or Cartman would make it seem like she was trying to bully him again and get her to delete it.
Massive mistake! We Emos don't like being mistaken for Goths and Goths don't like being mistaken for Emos! We are different! And the ones in the Episode are Goths, not Emos.
Make sure you guys smash the like button if you want more South Park reactions !!
This episode goes to show that sometimes violence, though not ideal, is sometimes necessary. It’s all some people understand and respect.
Violence is never the answer... but it is the question. Sometimes the answer is "yes".
Human condition, seems
People that say violence is not the answer are people that are not good at violence.
@@rickypedia999 It is the answer. Every law is backed by violence.
They are not emos. They are goth. There is a whole episode about it.
Butters: "Fuck him up, Wendy!"
That's my favorite thing about this episode. He actively encouraged Eric to fight because he wanted Wendy to fuck him up.
I can't believe how clueless Cartman is...the others clearly hate him and yet, he INSISTS he's the cool guy; even after getting his teeth knocked out

This episode is one of my favorites, I also love it when Cartman said, "Killer Titties," it had me rolling on the floor laughing😆😅😂🤣
It's always good to see Cartman suffer.
😭😭
"oh thats where i put those" 💀😂
By far one of the best cartman/Wendy episodes
Agreed
I've read that the only fist fight Matt and Trey have ever allowed Cartman to win is in season 11, episode 1 "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" when he fought little person Dr David Nelson.
But...he didn't, tho. Nelson still took him out in the end.

That’s pretty shitty when you think about it.
