I was just thinking; if Al Gore had been elected President back in 2000, we probably would not have had Obama, Trump, nor Biden as Presidents.

Never realized how boring of a speaker Gore was. Kindhearted eulogy though.

Unfortunately, boring almost never wins in politics. Flashy, loud, bombastic and, very often, ignorant, seem to rule the day anymore. Shame.
